Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Saturday

Jorge Miguel Enriquez, 23, 615 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Jorge Enriquez, 23. 615 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 1:16 a.m. n the 2200 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Kyle Horsfall, 26, Hays, was arrested at 2:54 a.m. in the 900 block of North First Street on an allegation of battery.

Roberto Enriquez, 20, 307 1/2 N. Fourth St., was cited and released at 8:49 a.m. in the 300 block of North Fourth Street on an allegation of dog at large.

Adam Gonzalez, 22, 2012 Sioux Drive, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an out-of-county warrant.

Chaston Tarwater, 20, 2709 Pearly Jane Ave., was arrested at 2:22 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pearly Jane Avenue on an allegation of domestic battery.

Samuel Liberto, 25, Dodge City, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. at U-Pump-It, 410 W. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Jose Avila-Salazar, 19, 2005 Hattie St., was arrested at 7:24 p.m. in the 5000 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Geronimo Gonzalez, 22, 211 Spencer St., was arrested at 11:46 p.m. in the 1400 block of Walker Street, on a failure-to-appear warrant.

Christopher Anderson, 23, 4625 Riverview Road, was cited and released at 1:48 a.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Aaron Strickert, 25, 3052 Kathryn Drive, was cited and released at 12:15 p.m. in the 2400 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Melquiades Gonzalez, 54, 711 E. Santa Fe St., was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on an allegation of abuse and inhuman corporal punishment to a child under 18 years of age.

Sofia Vasquez, 14, 401 E. Kansas Ave., No. 1, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. in the 2600 block of Pearly Jane Avenune on an allegation of curfew violation and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Keri Collins, 17, 3108 W. Kathryn Drive, was arrested and released at 11:12 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on allegations of curfew violation, tobacco violation and minor in consumption.

Preston McDaniel, 17, Holcomb, was arrested and released at 11:12 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on allegations of curfew violation, tobacco violation and minor in consumption.

Dustin Guthrie, 16, Holcomb, was arrested and released at 11:12 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on allegations of curfew violation, tobacco violation and minor in consumption.

Derek Longsine, 34, 4875 Hillcrest Road, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Center Street on an allegation of theft.

Roberto Abundis, 16, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 173, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft and released to PATH.

Jesus Regalado, 35, 2401 W. Kansas Ave. Lot, No. 8, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, on an allegation of criminal trespass.

At 1:48 p.m. — 705 N. Bancroft St. — smoke detector activation, no fire — unintentional.
