Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Thursday

Anthony Wade Smith, 32, 302 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. in the 700 block of West Fulton Street on allegations of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer and fleeing and eluding other traffic violations.

Tonja Holmes, 25, 302 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. in the 700 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Roberto Rodriguez, 17, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 173, was cited and released at 4 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of no valid driver's license and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Michelle Vela, 18, 507 Chesterfield Drive, was cited and released at 4:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Jose Corona, 41, 2615 N. Main St., No. 8A, was cited and released at 8:27 p.m. in the 600 block of North 13th Street on an allegation of criminal damage.

Derrick Matthew Romo, 18, 411 1/2 Washington St., was arrested at 9 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Raquel Castillo-Rosales, 23, 1614 Taylor Plaza, No. 3, was cited and released on an allegation of prositution.

Samuel Orren Oyler, 39, 1607 Fleming St., was cited and released at 11:36 a.m. in the 900 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of patronizing a prostitute.

Victor Soto, 30, 2901 Lost River Road, No. 4, was cited and released at 7:02 p.m. in the 2900 block of Lost River Road on an allegation of possession of marijuana.

Susan Harms, 27, 1615 Conkling Ave., was cited and released at 12:56 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Fourth Street on allegations of driving while suspended, no proof of insurance and illegal tags.

Dane Apodaca, 18, 901 Harold Ave., was arrested at 12:44 a.m. in the 900 block of Harold Avenue on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to a child's misconduct.

Jose H. Gonzalez, 18, 2103 N. Seventh St. Apt. A2, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. the 900 block of Harold Avenue on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to a child's misconduct.

Andres Cruz-Pondeleon, 19, 950 Jennie Barker Road, No. 82, was arrested on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to a child's misconduct.

Jaqueline Lopez, 16, 2902 Eldorado Place, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. in the 900 block of Harold Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation and released to a parent.

Arturo Dominguez, 31, 2515 W. Maple St., Lot 433, was cited and released at 9:50 p.m. in the 500 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no driver's license.

Angel Luis Ornelas-Zapata, 51, Wichita, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Norma B. Lopez, 44, 1307 Conkling Ave., was arrested at 8:01 a.m. on a municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Stephen Leroy Ramsey, 31, 609 W. Olive St., was arrested at 1:14 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Derek Wayne Ayers, 43, Wichita, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on allegations of making false information, theft and on an out-of-county arrest warrant.

Samphone Sam Detvonesa, 33, 2207 Cherokee Road, was arrested at 10 a.m. on an allegation of giving a worthless check.

Krysten Carine Price, 25, 4414 Meide, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on a probation violation.

Marco Antonio Morales, 24, Dodge City, was arrested at 4:08 a.m. on an allegation of possession of a depressant.
