Lori Headley Moore, 48, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at her home in Garden City.

Lori Headley Moore, 48, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at her home in Garden City.

She was born Jan. 20, 1964, in Denver, Colo., to Duane and Judy Headley.

On May 6, 1983, she married Kent Moore in Brewster.

She was preceded in death by her brother Duane Headley Jr.

Survivors include her parents; husband; two sons, Spencer and Colt Moore of Garden City; three brothers, Dean Headley of Burlington, Colo., Mike Headley of Merritt Island, Fla., and Dale Headley of San Antonio, Texas; and one sister, Marla Jo Heishman of Denver.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Brewster Community Church in Brewster. There will be no calling hours.

The family request memorials to the Lori Moore Memorial Fund for her children's education, in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City. Condolences may be emailed to garnandfh@sbcglobal.net.
