SCOTT CITY -- Coty L. Anderson, 25, died Monday, July 26, 2010, in Scott City.

He was born Aug. 23, 1984, in Scott City, to Glenn Anderson and Joyce C. Brown.

A resident of Scott City since 2008, Mr. Anderson was a mechanic at Prairie Truck & Trailer in Scott City.

Survivors include his fiancée, Kelsie Pazdernik of Scott City; his parents, Glenn and Janell Anderson of Scott City, and Joyce Brown of Knoxville, Tenn.; three sons, Chaysston Anderson and Dalton Pazdernik, both of Scott City, and Braydon Scates of Tulsa, Okla.; a daughter, Ashlyn Pazdernik of Scott City; three brothers, Jason Anderson of Parsons, Nick Anderson of Liberal, and Joshua Anderson of Hutchinson; three sisters, Roxann Livingston of Garden City, Julie Rose of Scott City, and Michelle Lewis of Des Moines, Iowa; and his grandparents, Lorraine Stoll of Scott City, and Elenor Sultzman of Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virgil Stoll, Ben Sultzman, and Harold and Maxine Anderson.

Funeral will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church in Scott City. Burial will be at Scott County Cemetery, Scott City.

Visitation hours are until 8 tonight and 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home, Scott City. Condolences may be given at www.priceandsons.com or pricefh@wbsnet.org. Memorials are suggested to the Chaysston Anderson Education Fund, in care of the funeral home, 401 S. Washington St., Scott City, KS 67871.
