Custom obituary

Leon M. Largent, 71, of Wichita, Kan., passed away June 23, 2014, after a courageous battle with cancer. He slipped away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.

Leon was predeceased by his parents, L.M. and Mary Largent; and brother, Wayne Largent. Survivors include his wife, Judy Largent; son, Landon; daughter, Angela; and six siblings, Anna May (Clyde) Caldwell, Marietta Bello, Wanda (Danny) Oller, Don (Janet), Roy and Rex (Jan) Largent.

He has been cremated per his wishes. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Please do not send flowers. The cats will eat them and barf. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with the Wichita Public Library, 223 S. Main, Wichita, KS 67202.
