HUGOTON — Donald E. Reynolds, 95, died Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home in Hugoton.

HUGOTON — Donald E. Reynolds, 95, died Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home in Hugoton.

He was born Oct. 10, 1918, in Stevens County, to Levi "Lee" and Mary Etta Brower Reynolds.

A lifetime resident of Hugoton, Mr. Reynolds was a farmer.

In February 1968, he married Sara Etta Lowry in Hugoton. She survives. Other survivors include a stepson, Vincent Leroy Medcalf Jr. of Mt. Carmel, Ind.; two stepdaughters, Nancy Scott of Hugoton, and JoAnn Schnaufer of Lubbock, Texas; four sisters, Edythe Stuart of Hugoton, Ethyle Reese of Wichita, Viola Quattlebaum of Lamar, Colo., and Zola Lynch of Bentonville, Ark.; seven stepgrandchildren; and 13 stepgreat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and six brothers, Ben, Glen, Harry, Art, Floyd and Marion "Babe" Reynolds.

Funeral will begin at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Church Of God, Hugoton. Burial will be at Hugoton Cemetery.

Visitation hours are 2 to 6 p.m. today and 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Paul's Funeral Home, Hugoton. Memorials are suggested to Pioneer Manor, in care of the funeral home, Box 236, Hugoton, KS 67951.
