Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

Romaldo Shumate, 18, 311 N. 11th St., was arrested at 3:44 a.m. in the 2900 block of Fleming Street on allegations of auto theft, attempt to flee or elude and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Monday

Luis Galvez, 21, 3620 N. Jennie Barker Road, was cited and released at 8:52 p.m. in the 1700 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of drag racing.

Bobby Molz, 50, 212 Washington St., No. 7, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street on an allegation of battery.

Candice Rodriguez, 33, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., No. 16, was cited and released at 2 p.m. at Burger King, 2415 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.

William Mabior, 33, 212 1/2 N. First St., No. 3, was arrested at 4 p.m. in the 200 block of North First Street on an allegation of falsely reporting a felony crime,

Daniel Rangel, 17, Elkhart, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. in the 700 block of Conkling Avenue, on allegations of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and lodged in the Juvenile Detention Center.

Alexander Perez, 28, Ulysses, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. in the 700 block of Conkling Avenue, on two municipal warrants and on allegations of possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Sunday

Rufilio Sandoval III, 30 611 Teitelbaum Ave., was arrested at 7:53 p.m. in the 600 block of Teitelbaum Avenue on allegations of possession of methamphetamines with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and no drug-tax stamp.

Adam J, Vos, 26, 2208 Campus Drive, No. 3, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. in the 900 block of Fitz Street, on allegations of driving under the influence and no proof of insurance. Stephanie Hamilton-Nugent, 35, 2319 N. Seventh St., was cited and released at 2:08 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Seventh Street on allegations of battery and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Nugent, 57, 305 E. Holmes Ave., was cited and released at 2:30 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hazel Street on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

Maria Esquivel, 45, 950 Jennie Barker Road, No. 152, was cited and released at 9:10 a.m. in the 2000 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Miguel Lucero, 20, 2709 Easy Street, was arrested at 10:48 a.m. in the 1100 block of McCoy Drive on allegations of transporting an open container and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Thomas Nugent, 34, 2319 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 2:01 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of battery.

Dalton Pister, 20, 306 Bellevue Ave., was cited and released at 3:20 p.m. in the 300 block of Bellevue Avenue on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Antonio E. Terrazas, 40. 1145 W. Lakeview Drive, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. in the 100 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Clemente Munoz-Canales, 53, 1815 Thompson Ave., Dodge City, was cited and released at 2:07 p.m. in the 3000 block of Lareu Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
