Evelyn Jean Frank, 62, died Sunday, May 11, 2014, at her home in Bazine.

Evelyn Jean Frank, 62, died Sunday, May 11, 2014, at her home in Bazine.

She was born Feb. 14, 1952, to James and Juanita High Knieff.

A Garden City resident from 1980 to 1996, Mrs. Frank was the previous owner of Taco Granny's restaurant in Ness City and Brownell.

Survivors include her significant other, Larry Shaver of the home; a son, James Wesley Snyder of Ness City; three daughters, Laura Jean Snyder of Wichita, Michelle Lee Stephen of Beeler, and Tenessa Lynn Frank of LaCrosse; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will begin at 4 p.m. Monday at Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Bazine. She will be cremated as per her wishes.
