Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Monday

Mario Molina, 48, 411 E. Santa Fe St., was arrested at 5:21 p.m. in the 400 block of East Santa Fe Street on allegations of battery and unlawful discharge of a BB gun.

Pedro Pascascio Jr., 25, 1104 W. Campbell St., No. 1, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. in the 900 block of Olive Street on an allegation of domestic battery.

Billy Finley, 35, 2605 Pawnee Road, Apt. C1, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. in the 2700 block of North 11th Street on an allegation of battery.

Ernest Brown Jr., 35, 2914 Fleming St., Apt. 705, was arrested at 8 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of theft while in custody.

Jennifer Green, 31, 109 W. Hazel St., was arrested at 12:27 p.m. in the 100 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Rachelle Torres, 32, 1603 St. John St., was cited and released at 7:40 p.m. in the 2900 block of Pawnee Road on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Friday

Tania Lozano, 15, 1214 Gibson St., was arrested at 12:18 p.m. in the 2700 block of Buffalo Way Boulevard on an allegation of battery.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Monday

Carl Bruce Walsh, 52, 700 Orchard St., Elkhart, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
