SCOTT CITY — Greg Alan Skibbe, 58, died Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at his home in Scott County.

SCOTT CITY — Greg Alan Skibbe, 58, died Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at his home in Scott County.

He was born March 12, 1956, in Garden City, to Albert and Pauline Gile Skibbe.

A lifetime resident of Scott County, Mr. Skibbe was a farmer.

On Dec. 23, 1995, he married Ronda Griggs in Scott City. She survives. Other survivors include a son, Daniel Skibbe of Scott City; two stepsons, Scott and Jason McIntyre, both of Colby; and a brother, Gary Skibbe of Scott City. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Ryan A. Skibbe.

Funeral will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Scott City. Burial will be at Scott County Cemetery, Scott City.

Visitation hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City. Condolences may be given at or Memorials to the Greg A. Skibbe Memorial Fund may be sent in care of the funeral home, 401 S. Washington St., Scott City, KS 67871.
