Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Sunday

Julio Ortiz, 43, Deerfield, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. in the 1300 block of Boots Road on two county warrants and on an allegation of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Chaston Tarwater, 21, transient, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pearly Jane Avenue on an allegation of criminal trespass.

A 13-year-old male was arrested at 4:21 p.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of theft and released.

Cecilio Abeyta, 30 704 Safford Ave., was arrested at 2:26 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on allegations of theft and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Azucena Ruiz, 17, 1714 Old Manor Road, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. in the 400 block of Lake Road on allegations of criminal trespass and curfew violation and released to parents.

Jose Vasquez-Luquin, 17, 103 W. Chestnut St., No. 5A, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. in the 400 block of Lake Road on allegations of criminal trespass, curfew violation and consumption of alcohol by a minor and released to parents.

Gerardo A. Ramirez, 19, 5725 Crestview Drive, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. in the 3500 block of Schulman Avenue on allegations of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor and contributing to a child's misconduct.

Saturday

Tais Licona, 18, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 304, was cited and released at 5:41 p.m. in the 2500 block of East Spruce Street on allegations of no proof of insurance and driving while suspended.

Myra Mota, 22, 605 Labrador Blvd., No. 215m was cited and released at 9:33 p.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Sergio Mangin, 15, 411 W. Mary St., was arrested at 8:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of Chesterfield Drive on an allegation of criminal trespass and released to parents.

Lazaro Perez-Marquiez, 50, 415 S. Karen St., was arrested at 9:07 p.m. in the 1900 block of Chesterfield Drive on an allegation of battery.

Ignacio Chacon, 27, Satanta, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. in the 2600 block of North Taylor Avenue on allegations of driving while suspended and driving while a habitual violator.

Rueben Mac, 32, 212 1/2 N First St., No. 1, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. in the 200 block of North First Street on an allegation of aggravated assault.

Juan Sebastian Miguel, 24, Liberal, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. in the 500 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Benjamin Chappel, 24, 1508 Van Dittie Drive, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Fulton Street on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Crispen Sanchez, 62, 905 W. Campbell St., was cited and released at 12:31 a.m. in the 1000 block of West Olive Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Javier Villanueva, 19, Olton, Texas, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. in the 1700 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Friday

Jose Salas, 30 804 E. Hamline St., was cited and released at 2:10 p.m. in the 500 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Julie Vines, 46, 908 E. Hamline St., was cited and released at 9:10 p.m. in the 900 block of East Hamline Street on allegations of two counts of dogs at large.

Sonia Carlos, 39, 2820 Terrace Place, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. in the 1800 block of Commanche Drive on an allegation of battery.

Debra Sanchez, 47, 64 S. Farmland Road, No. 10, was arrested at 10 a.m. in the 2500 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Rebecca Cantu, 60, 950 Jennie Barker Road, No. 6, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on a municipal warrant.

Jose Herrera, 27, 1518 Hattie St., was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Diego Sanchez, 29, 1628 Bancroft St., was arrested at 9:55 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal bench warrant.

Carlos Romero, 19, 1210 A St., was arrested at 2:10 p.m. at Jade Buffet, 1505 E. Kansas Ave., on a municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Alexander Perez, 27, Ulysses, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. in the 400 block of Pony St., on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Karina Acosta, 31, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 273, was arrested at 9 a.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of battery.

Billy Finley, 35, 2012 Crestway Drive, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. in the 2700 block of North 11th Street on an allegation of battery.

Richard Acevedo, 16, 1065 Ridge Road, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. in the 2500 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of criminal trespass and released to Program Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Cristino Garcia, 27, Hutchinson, was cited and released at 11:20 a.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of theft.

Kaleb Thompson, 24, Kinsley, was cited and released at 3:14 p.m. in the 400 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Vashon Telfair, 37, 109 N. 13th St., was arrested at 10:40 p.m. in the 2600 block of Pearly Jane Avenue on allegations of violation of a court order, criminal damage and criminal trespass.
