Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Criminal Damage

Monday

Between 2:47 and 2:57 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., an unknown person took several miscellaneous items without paying. Estimated loss $70.

March 12

Between 5 p.m. March 5 and 10 a.m. March 12 at Wards, 2703 N. Taylor Ave., an unknown person took a fountain from the business without paying for it. Estimated loss $700.

Miscellaneous

At 10 a.m. in the 1200 block of Gibson Sreet, a known person possessed multiple marijuana plants and the accoutrements for their cultivation. Investigation continues.

Holcomb Police Department

Nicholas Eugene Campbell, 29, 722 Pats Drive, was arrsted at 3:49 p.m. on an out-of-county warrant and on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Thursday

Steven Daniel Arteaga, 23, 7545 W. Sun Beam Drive, Colorado Springs, Colo., was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on a probation violation.

Dena Marie Lancaster, 38, 2110 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on allegations of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oscar Bosquez Hernandez, 25, 606 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on allegations of possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance, possession of drugs and driving while suspended.

Wednesday

Dario Herrera Martinez, 31, 958 Amy St., was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on an order to arrest and detain and municipal bench warrant.

Valerie Ann Hernandez-Hess, 37, 1250 Northshore Circle, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on allegations of no proof of insurance and invalid registration.

Ryan Timothy Bray, 29, 769 Folson Road, Des Moines, N.M., was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on allegations of no proof of insurance and driving while suspended.

Danny Bruce Joyner, 46, 433 Walker Ave., Kansas City, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Jesus Israel Lujan-Reyes, 18, 6065 Old Post Road, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Octavio Garcia-Padilla, 20, 301 W. Grant, Syracuse, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on allegations of basic rule governing speed of vehicles and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Martin Esquivel, 35, 1511 A St., was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Monday

Thomas Elias Allen Jr., 30, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant and probation violation.

Victor Manuel Ortiz, 70, 6042 Waterhole Drive, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on allegations of failure to wear a seatbelt and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Monday

Luis Garcia-Castillo, 41, 950 Jennie Barker Road, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on allegations of violation of restrictions on driver's license, operationg a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, transporting an open container, driving under the influence of alcohol, no proof of insurance and an out of state offense.

At 11:32 a.m. at 115 N. Main St. — gas leak (natural gas or LPG).

At 11:50 a.m. at 401 N. Jennie Barker Road — alarm system activation, no fire — unintentional.

Wednesday

At 8:08 p.m. at 1014 Crestline Drive — dispatched and cancelled en route.

Tuesday

At 3:29 p.m. at 1709 Labrador Blvd. — false alarm or false call.

At 1:32 p.m. at 1700 E. Kansas Ave. — motor vehicle accident with no injuries.

Monday

At 11:08 a.m. at 1935 E. Kansas Plaza — trash or rubbish fire, contained.

At 11:06 a.m. at 3101 Belmont Place — smoke detector activation due to malfunction.
