Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations
Friday
Candida Guevara, 24, 2021 Mohawk Drive, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. in the 1900 block of College Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Jamie Hoffine, 30, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 447, was arrested at 2:26 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Karen Corral, 17, 508 N. 11th St., was arrested at 11:50 p.m. in the 1300 block of Hattie Street on allegations of consumption of alcohol by a minor and interference with a law enforcement officer.
Sugule Warsame, 24, 605 Labrador Blvd., No. 220, was cited and released at 5:51 a.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard on an allegation of battery.
Joshua Adame, 17, 705 Bancroft St., was arrested at 8:01 p.m. in the 700 block of Bancroft Street on an allegation of aggravated assault.

Valente Loera, 29, Greeley, Colo., was cited and released at 9:27 a.m. in the 1100 block of East Chestnut Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Between 8 a.m. Feb. 1 and 8 a.m. Thursday at Food Mart, 1505 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., an unknown person used paint to display graffiti on the exterior wall of the business. Loss $10.
Thefts/Losses
Saturday
At 9 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person took a vehicle without permission. Estimated loss $3,000.
Friday
Between 3 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of Yellowstar Street, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and took electronic items. Loss $600.

Sunday
At 8:20 p.m. in the 2900 block of Fleming Street, a known person grabbed someone's arm. Investigation continues.
Saturday
At 10:30 p.m. in the 700 block of West Fair Street, a known person battered the victim and then fled the scene. Investigation continues.
Friday
At 11 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Seventh Street, a known person entered the victim's residence without permission and then fled the scene. Investigation continues.

Pedro Arriaga Espinoza, 45, 4805 Stearns Lane, Shawnee, was arrested at 10 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.
Moises Ochoa, 42, 1607 C St., was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.
