Sunday

Boyd Proffitt, 52, 2408 E. Fair St., was cited and released at 9:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jeremy Huffman, 19, Macksville, was cited and released at 8:54 p.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Abel Cruz Molina, 22, 411 E. Santa Fe Ave., was arrested at 7:40 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant.

Efrain Mendez, 33, 702 W. Fair St., was cited and released at 8:35 p.m. in the 700 block of West Fair Street on an allegation of domestic battery.

Cesar Lujan-Marquez, 20, Liberal, was cited and released at 9:42 a.m. in the 2200 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Carlos Chavez, 18, 1310 Hattie St., was arrested at 4:15 p.m. in the 500 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ivan Rodriguez-Bailon, 28, Leoti, was arrested at 4:29 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Omar R. Guzman, 29, 1225 N. Shore Circle, was cited and released at 9:24 a.m. in the 2900 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of excessive music.

Jesse J. Valenzuela, 23, 6114 E. Skyline Drive, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. in the 2500 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of driving under the influence, driving while suspended and transporting an open container.

Bruno R. Arce-Ramirez, 23, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 236, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Kaitlin Ronke, 18, Alva, Okla., was arrested at 11:38 p.m. at Time Out, 1319 N. Taylor Ave., on an allegation of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Lee Gallegos, 55, 2517 Coachman Lane, was cited and released at 11:50 p.m. at Time Out on an allegation of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Markendrick Stanley, 18, Tishomingo, Okla., was arrested at 12:04 a.m. at Time Out on an on an allegation of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Rosalba Corrales-Meza, 45, Holcomb, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jennifer Lynn Ruvalcaba, 38, 211 S. 10th St., was arrested at 10:14 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Austin Keim, 15, 3130 Anderson Road, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. in the 2700 block of Buffalo Way Boulevard on allegations of battery, disorderly conduct and possession of tobacco.

Candida Guevara, 24, 2021 Mohawk Drive, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. in the 1900 block of College Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jamie Hoffine, 30, 4101 E. Hwy 50 #447, was arrested at 2:26 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Karen Corral, 17, 508 N. 11th St., was arrested at 11:50 p.m. in the 1300 block of Hattie Street on allegations of consumption of alcohol by a minor and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Sugule Warsame, 24, 605 Labrador Blvd. #220, was cited and released at 5:51 a.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard on an allegation of battery.

Joshua Adame, 17, 705 Bancroft St., was arrested at 8:01 p.m. in the 700 block of Bancroft Street on an allegation of aggravated assault.

Thursday

Valente Loera, 29, 1109 E. 25th St., Greeley, Colo., was cited and released at 9:27 a.m. in the 1100 block of East Chestnut Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Criminal Damage

Between 8 a.m. Feb. 1 and 8 a.m. Thursday at Food Mart, 1505 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., an unknown person used paint to display graffiti on the exterior wall of the business. Loss $10.

Thefts/Losses

Saturday

At 9 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50, an unknown person took the victim's vehicle without permission. Estimated loss $3,000.

Friday

Between 3 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of Yellowstar Street, an unknown person entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and took electronic items. Loss $600.

Miscellaneous

Sunday

At 8:20 p.m. in the 2900 block of Fleming Street, a known person grabbed the victim's arm. Investigation continues.

Saturday

At 10:30 p.m. in the 700 block of West Fair Street, a known person battered the victim and then fled the scene. Investigation continues.

Friday

At 11 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Seventh Street, a known person entered the victim's residence without permission and then fled the scene. Investigation continues.

Finney County Sheriffs Office

Sunday Remo Caesar Kempis, 35, 65 S. Farmland Road, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on allegations of endangering a child, abuse of a child and domestic battery.

Pedro Arriaga Espinoza, 45, 4805 Stearns Lane, Shawnee, was arrested at 10 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Moises Ochoa, 42, 1607 C St., was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Song Meuangsomphou, 39, 2001 Apache Drive, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.
