Sandy Brown Fieser, 50, died Friday, March 21, 2014, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.

Sandy Brown Fieser, 50, died Friday, March 21, 2014, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.

She was born Jan. 30, 1964, in Garden City, to Charles W. and Nora Long Brown.

She graduated from Garden City High School in 1982.

A lifetime Garden City resident, Mrs. Fieser worked as a bookkeeper and did accounting work in her home.

She enjoyed her pets, stained glass work, gardening, helping people, snow skiing, white water rafting and riding mountain trails.

She married Brent Fieser in Palmer Park, Colo.

Survivors include her mother, Nora Brown of Garden City; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father.

A rosary will begin at 7 p.m. Monday at Garnand Funeral Home in Garden City. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Garden City. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City.

Visitation hours are noon to 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
