Andrew Allen Jr.

Andrew Lee "Andy" Allen Jr., 42, of Berryville, Ark., died Thursday, March 14, 2013, from injuries suffered in an accident in Shattuck, Okla.

He was born Feb. 24, 1971, to Rosemarie Otterstetter-Allen and Andrew Allen Sr., in Garden City.

He married Christy Louise Barnes on Sept. 5, 1998. She survives. Other survivors include two sons, Robert and Konrad; a daughter, Gracie; his mother, Rosemarie Otterstetter; his father, Andrew Allen Sr.; two sisters, Tina Bowley and Mary Kisela; a brother, Timothy Allen; and his maternal grandmother, Delores Otterstetter.

Services are at 10 a.m. today at Berryville United Methodist Church.

Memorials are suggested to the church at 400 Eureka St., Berryville, AR 72616.
