Tuesday

Raul Fernando Espinoza, 34, 65 S. Farmland Road, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Wednesday

Santiago Vargas Ramirez, 43, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on allegations of operating a vehicle without a valid license, no proof of liability insurance and no proof of registration.

Misty May Neuman, 40, Scott City, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Aldo Jesohar Serrano-Zepeda, 33, 3613 Wesport Ave., was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on allegations of operating a vehicle without a valid license and one-way glass or sun screen device.

Luis Fernando Aguilar, 18, 2502 N. C St., was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on an allegation of operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Patricio Hernandez, 64, 206 Third St., was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on an allegation of operating a vehicle without a license.

Daniel Loya, 49, 2512 N. Dee Ave., was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on allegations of operating a vehicle without a license and a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Luis Miguel Lopez-Gonzalez, 34, 2601 W. Mary St., was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on an allegation of operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Ashley Diane Alexander, 31, 2909 El Dorado Ave., was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of registration.

Brian Rodriguez, 19, 950 N. Jennie Barker Road, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on allegations of improper stop or turn signal and driving with license cancelled, suspended or revoked.

Gebregzabher Haile Welay, 34, 2904 N. Fleming St., was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on an allegation of operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Thursday

Ismael Lopez, 29, 306 N. 10th St., was arrested at 3 p.m. on allegations of aggravated battery and aggravated burglary.

Joe Benjamin Torres, 38, Greeley, Colo., was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on allegations of driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jerod William Dailing, 38, Ulysses, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on allegations of driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of registration and no proof of liability insurance, possession of a stimulant.
