The Kansas Leadership Center, headquartered in Wichita, is embarking on a state tour next week and will stop in Garden City to host a free, one-hour event to meet with local residents who want to be a part of creating a different kind of leadership in the state.
The tour stop will take place from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at Central Cup Coffee House, 517 N. Eighth St.
Julia Fabris McBride, vice president of the KLC, will be in attendance.
The event is free to the public, and those who plan to attend should RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday.
KLC is working to transform the civic culture of Kansas so that it’s a culture that solves problems faster, more effectively and more efficiently. It does that by working with and through individuals and organizations across the state.
