• 8:23 a.m. Wednesday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Jakob Billingsley, 30, Osawatomie, was arrested at the Miami County jail on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.

• 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Christopher Lovelette, 25, Wichita, on failure to appear for driving while a habitual violator.

• 10:20 a.m. Thursday, Franklin County Adult Detention Cener, 305 S. Main St., Fernando Chavez, Kansas City, Kansas, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 8:47 p.m. Thursday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Kirby Decock, 27, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 6:26 p.m. Thursday, 2400 block of Montana Road, Danial Evans, 31, Ottawa, was involved in a traffic accident. After investigation Evans was arrested on suspicion of distribution of methamphetamines, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and no valid driver’s license, according to a sheriff’s report.

• 12:08 a.m. Friday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Scott Coulter, 36, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 10:24 a.m. Thursday, 1200 block of South Willow Street, Danielle Fast, 18, on suspicion of domestic battery and interference with a law enforcement officer, according to a police report.

• 1:48 p.m. Thursday, 1600 block of South Main Street, Nicholas Harland, 39, Ottawa, on suspicion of domestic battery.

• 3:30 a.m. Friday, 100 block of South Locust Street, Teresa Snow, 50, Ottawa, on an Osage County warrant.

• 7:48 p.m. Thursday, 400 block of Truman Street, Pomona, a 33-year-old Pomona woman reported damage to the liner of her above ground pool. Estimated loss was $900.

Thefts

• 12:57 a.m. Thursday, 210 E. Franklin St., Pomona, a Casey’s General Store employee reported an unknown subject drove off without paying for fuel valued at $40.01.

Accidents

• 5:25 p.m. Wednesday, 2100 block of U.S. 59, a 2000 Chevrolet driven by Tyler Wilson, 19, Richmond, was southbound on U.S. 59 when Wilson slowed for another motorist making a turn and his vehicle was struck from behind by a 1994 Ford Ranger driven by Marc Paul, 58, Rantoul. No injuries were reported.

• 2:20 a.m. Thursday, 4400 block of I-35 at milepost 201, a 2006 Ford Mustang driven by Shadrack Sigei, 37, Olathe, was southbound on I-35 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway.

• 5:01 a.m. Thursday, 2600 block of I-35 at milepost 176, a 2017 Ford F-150 driven by Jon Ford, 57, Buckeye, Arizona, was northbound on I-35 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway.

• 6:26 p.m. Thursday, 2400 block of Montana Road, Ottawa, a 2007 GMC driven by Rodney Croucher, 55, Ottawa, was southbound on Montana Road when Croucher slowed for an abundance of gravel dust and his vehicle was struck from behind by a 1997 Dodge driven by Danial Evans, 31, Ottawa. No injuries were reported.

• 8:22 a.m. Wednesday, 1500 block of South Main Street, a 77-year-old Ottawa man reported damage to his property.

• 4:24 p.m. Thursday, 1500 block of South Osage Drive, a 27-year-old Ottawa woman reported a 13-year-old boy damaged her vehicle.

Thefts

• 1:36 p.m. Thursday, 700 block of North Oak Street, a 57-year-old Ottawa man reported the theft of an item. The case is under investigation.

• 2:12 p.m. Thursday, Walmart Supercenter, 2101 S. Princeton St., received a report that a known woman stole items from the store. Amanda Lattimer, 37, Garnett, was cited in connection with the case, according to a police report.

Accidents

• 9:19 a.m. Wednesday, 2300 block of Eisenhower Avenue, a 2017 Buick driven by Phyllis Ludwick, 76, Ottawa, struck a 2018 Chevrolet driven by Adrian Derousseau, 69, Ottawa. No injuries were reported. Ludwick was cited for failure to yield right of way.
