Emilio Deleon, 18, 1545 S. Raceway Road, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on an allegation of criminal possession of a concealed weapon.

Nicholas Dwayne Watkins, 37, transient, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. on allegations of disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Latasha Nicole Martinez, 27, Liberal, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. on an out-of-county arrest warrant.

Jason Andrew Wilson, 39, 507 N. Second St., was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on an allegation of stalking in violation of a protection order.

Alex Ramirez, 23, Holcomb, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.

Saturday

David Michael Hamm, 33, 1908 E. Labrador Blvd., was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on allegations of domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

Marco Antonio Lopez, 23, 2914 N. Fleming St., was arrested at 9:01 a.m. on allegations of eight counts of unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug through a forged prescription, eight counts of forgery involving distribution of a written instrument and one count of theft of property or services valued between $1,500 and $25,000.

Krista Belle Kjergaard, 36, 201 E. Jones St., was arrested at 11 a.m. on allegations of fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer through concealment of evidence and failure to appear in court.

Jose Luis Rivero, 29, 607 W. Campbell St., was arrested at 3:29 p.m. on an allegation of probation violation.

Miguel Rivero, 31, Texas, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. on allegations of possession of a hallucinogenic drug, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Joshua John Rincones, 31, 503 Hudson St., was arrested at 8:01 p.m. on allegations of possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear in court and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Otto Michael Green, 25, homeless, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on an allegation of criminal trespassing.

Jeremiah John Rodriguez Jr., 31, 503 Hudson St., was arrested at 8:01 p.m. on allegations of use and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Misty Nicole Espinoza, 30, 3201 N. Campus Drive, was arrested at 5:54 a.m. on allegations of possession of a stimulant, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear in court and trafficking contraband into a correctional facility.
