The district’s secondary schools, Kenneth Henderson and Horace Good middle schools, Garden City High School, and the Alternative Center, will start serving breakfast at 7 a.m., and school starts at 7:50 a.m. and ends around 3 p.m.

Garfield Early Childhood Center’s morning session will start at 8:20 a.m. and end at 11:20 a.m.  The afternoon session will start at noon and end at 3 p.m.

The first day of school will be Monday, with a half-day orientation for students in grades kindergarten through fifth, seventh, ninth and 10, and all students new to Garden City Public Schools.
