Police are requesting assistance from the community in a shooting investigation that left a Dodge City man injured, resulting in him being flown to a Denver hospital.
At 3:25 a.m. Sunday, Garden City Police officers were dispatched to St. Catherine Hospital regarding a shooting victim in the emergency room.
When Officers arrived on the scene, they located a 29-year-old man from Dodge City with a gunshot wound to the groin area. He and other witnesses were uncooperative and failed to give a location of the incident. The injured man was flown to St. Anthony Hospital in Denver Colorado.
