ULYSSES — Shadow Makell Findley, 16, of Ulysses, died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital in Ulysses.

ULYSSES — Shadow Makell Findley, 16, of Ulysses, died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital in Ulysses.

He was born Jan. 13, 1998, in Ulysses, to James Bryan Findley and Tawnya Foutch-Findley.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Bryan and Brenda Findley of Weston, Colo.; his mother, Tawnya Foutch of Ulysses; his grandparents, Judy Foutch of Lawton, Okla., and Harold Findley of Canyon Lake, Texas; his brothers, Joshua Findley of Aurora, Colo., and Jebediah Findley of Dighton; his sisters, Micah Findley of Minatare, Neb., Aerial Foutch and Shamira Findley, both of Ulysses, and Tianna Foutch of Pensacola, Fla.; his adopted brothers, Dakota Cline, Tyler Oliver, Robert Nelson and Rob Nelson, all of Ulysses; and his adopted sisters, Cynthia Walters and Kelsie Berger, both of Ulysses. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Deane Findley and Robert Foutch.

A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Oasis Church in Ulysses.

Visitation hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses. Memorials are suggested to the Shadow Findley Unborn Child Fund, in care of the funeral home, 405 W. Grant Ave., Ulysses, KS 67880.
