Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Thursday

Juan Andres Lara, Jr., 27, 1005 W. Olive St., was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on allegations of driving while a habitual violator and driving while suspended.

Jose Miguel Muniz, 30, 1512 Jan St., was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on allegations of trafficking contraband in a contraband in a correctional facility, probation violation, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, driving while suspended and criminal use of a weapon.

Emmanuel Holguin, 22, 6575 S. West Fork Road, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on allegations of possession of a stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wednesday

Guillermo Escobar, 22, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 402, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Ian Gibbons, 31, 608 Pennsylvania Ave., was cited and released at 2:47 p.m. in the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on allegations of previous criminal trespass and prohibited acts.

Robert Gardiner, 24, 1606 Olive St., No. 1, was cited and released at 1:39 p.m. in the 1600 block of Olive Street on allegations of previous criminal trespass and prohibited acts.

Shon Estes, 26, 602 Howerton Place, was cited and released at 1:13 p.m. in the 600 block of Howerton Place on allegations of previous criminal trespass and prohibited acts.

Ana Guardado-Sanchez, 23, 430 S. Karen St., was cited and released at 4:20 p.m. in the 2500 block of Fleming Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Diana Hernandez-Barrientos, 35, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 162, was cited and released at 3 p.m. in the 100 block of North Third Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jonathan Agraz, 18, Wichita, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant.

Grant Alon Mares, 25, 2301 N. Campus Drive, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on an out of county warrant.

Juan Ramon Ramos-Ruiz, 22, 2401 W. Kansas Road, was arrested at 6 p.m.

Nicholas Lee Perez, 21, 340 S. Farmland Road, No. 42, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. in the 800 block of JC Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Brinda Pinales-Rodriguez, 27, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 539, was arrested at 11:07 a.m. in the 1000 block of JC Street on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Tanzila Mohammed, 35, 941 Amy St., was cited and released at 11:50 a.m. in the 2900 block of East Spruce Street on a municipal warrant.

Lorena Lopez-Jimenez, 39, Holcomb, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. in the 100 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Casey Kelley, 30, 301 E. Price St., was arrested at 8:33 a.m. in the 300 block of East Price Street on a warrant for failure to appear.

Earl Leon Grice, 32, 208 N. 10th St., was arrested at 10 a.m. on allegations of reckless driving and no proof of insurance.

Abdirahman Ahmed, 27, 605 E. Labrador Blvd., was arrested at 9:44 a.m. on allegations of exceeding maximum speed limits and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Haley Marie Perez, 19, 65 S. Farmland Road, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Lilliana Varela-Martinez, 28, 1355 Trails End Drive, Garden City, was arrested at 11 a.m. on allegations of failure to yield and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Pascual Daniel Lopez, 25, 1304 Avenue Drive, Dodge City, was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
