CIMARRON — Adaline Louise Judd, 89, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, at The Shepherd's Center in Cimarron.

CIMARRON — Adaline Louise Judd, 89, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, at The Shepherd's Center in Cimarron.

She was born Jan. 20, 1925, in Cassoday, to Floyd and Agnes Maguire Knab. She graduated from Strong City High School in 1942.

On Dec. 7, 1943, she married Howard "Dutch" Brown in Wichita. He preceded her in death. On Dec. 20, 1974, she married Alan Judd. He preceded her in death as did a brother, Willard; a sister, Mildred; and a son, Howard "Dutchy" Brown Jr.

Mrs. Judd had worked as a restaurant owner and housekeeper. She had lived in Cimarron since 2001.

Survivors include a daughter, Pam Smith of Ingalls; seven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cimarron United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Cimarron Cemetery.

Visitation hours are noon to 6 p.m. Sunday at Swaim Funeral Chapel in Cimarron. Thoughts and memories may be shared in the guest book at www.swaimfuneralhome.com. Memorials are suggested to The Shepherd's Center, in care of the funeral home.
