Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations
Tuesday
Raymundo Martinez Jr., 25, Leoti, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant, an out-of-county warrant and on an order to arrest and detain.
Corey Mikeal Wood, 40, 1605 Jenny Ave., was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant.
Valentino Leroy Cruz, 18, 312 10th St., was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on allegations of possession of a hallucinogenic drug and contributing to a child's misconduct.
Uriah Delaun Epperson, 37, 403 1/2 Santa Fe St., was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on allegations of unlawful use of toxic vapors, interference with a law enforcement officer and on a municipal bench warrant.
Monday
Charles Warthen, 39, Holcomb, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Seventh Street on allegations of driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
Lee Ozuna, 34, 611 Garden City Ave., was arrested at 3:41 p.m. in the 2900 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of theft.
Enrique Torres, 35, 611 Garden City Ave., was arrested at 3:41 p.m. in the 2900 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of theft.
Loeopolda Hernandez, 27, 950 Jennie Barker Road No. 57, was arrested at 8:56 a.m. in the 900 block of North Jennie Barker Road on a county warrant.
Jose Luis Ceniceros-Pereyra, 33, 2504 A St., was arrested at 9:05 p.m. at Garcia Meat Market, 622 N. Eighth St., on allegations of aggravated battery and aggravated assault.
Elva Elizabeth Segovia-Fernandez, 25, 605 E. Laurel St., was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant.
Alesha Hampton, 33, 510 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. on an order to arrest and detain.
Thefts/Losses
Tuesday
Between 5 and 5:15 a.m. in the 600 block of North 12th Street, an unknown person broke a window on a residence and entered the house. Nothing was found to be missing. Loss to damage $100.
Dec. 31
Between 8 a.m. Jan. 1, 2007, and Dec. 31, 2011, in the 600 block of North Main Street, an unknown person used someone else's identity to obtain financial gain.
Miscellaneous
Monday
Between 11:45 and 11:50 p.m. in the 2900 block of El Dorado Place, an unknown person opened the door to a garage, but did not enter.
Saturday
At 12:50 a.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard, a known person hit a person in an angry manner and fled the scene. Investigation continues.
At 11:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of Safford Ave., an unknown person's dog was at large when it bit another person's dog. Investigation continues.
At 11:45 a.m. in the 2300 block of North Eighth Avenue, an unknown person's dog bit another person's dog. Investigation continues.
Friday
At 11:50 a.m. at Chino Fashion, 203 N. Main St., clothes were taken. Loss $100. Investigation continues.
Jan. 14
Between 8 a.m. Jan. 4 and 8 a.m. Jan. 14, at Golden Plains Credit Union, a known person mailed two counterfeit checks. Loss $9,219.80. Investigation continues.
Finney County Sheriff's Office Arrests/Citations
Monday
Michael Warren Kelley, 25, 301 Price St., was arrested at 9 a.m. on an order to arrest and detain.
Gerardo Gonzalez, 25, 509 E. Santa Fe St., was arrested at 11 a.m. on allegations of kidnapping, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, interference with a law enforcement officer and battery.
Sunday
Carlos Silos, 25, 2307 Lee Ave., was arrested at 5:42 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.
Karlos Raul Marshall, 29, 115 E. Third St., was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
Saturday
Tun Theinoo Wai, 1207 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on allegations of driving under the influence and reckless driving

Anthony Verdugo, 19, 1407 E. Fair St., was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on an order to arrest and detain.
Christopher Winston Small, 22, 500 S. Ponca St., Satanta, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on an allegation of probation violation.
