Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations
Thursday
Miriam Ortiz, 19, 340 S. Farmland Road, No. 49, was cited and released at 5:36 a.m. in the 2800 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Wednesday
Joey Terrazas-Garcia, 17, 1301 N. Main St., was cited and released at 10:04 a.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on allegations of driving without a valid driver's license, failure to stop at an accident involving damage, failure to give information and render aid and failure to report an accident to police.
Peter Neufeld-Klassan, 44, Liberal, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. in the 2200 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of violation of protection order.
Ernest Dwayne Brown, 35, 2914 Fleming St., No. 705, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. in the 2900 block of Lost River Drive on an out of county warrant and on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer criminal damage and driving while suspended.
Priscilla Reyes, 25, 1304 B St., was arrested at 1:12 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of driving while suspended and on a warrant for failure to appear.
Martina Glaze, 44, 2112 Cherokee Road, was cited and released at 12:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Demetrio Maestas Jr., 18, 1616 N. Taylor Ave., No. 3, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. in the 500 block of West Fair Street on allegations of possession of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, attempting to flee and elude and reckless driving.
Tuesday
Daniel Rivas, 37, 1605 Benton St., was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear and on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Jose Castillo, 20, 2510 C St., was arrested at 12:08 p.m. in the 700 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of theft.
Luis Hernandez, 24, 116 Shamrock St., was arrested at 10:51 a.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Lisa Ann Murphy, 47, 621 1/2 N. 13th St., was arrested at 1:57 a.m. in the 600 block of North 12th Street on allegations of felony battery and domestic violence.
Monday
Justin Shaddix, 41, 1503 Grandview Drive, was cited and released at 8:10 p.m. in the 2100 block of Shortgrass Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Irma Isela Silva, 31, 1108 N. 11th St., was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.
Ivan Henry Langley, 37, 301 Eighth St., Deerfield, was arrested at 3 p.m. on allegations of no drug-tax stamp, conspiracy possession of drugs, possession of drugs and a detainer.
