Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Sunday

Ronmer Jiovani Hernandez, 27, 2007 Pinecrest St., was arrested at 11:51 p.m. in the 1100 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Saturday

Roberto Gutierrez, 17, 2528 N. Sherlock Road, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. in the 400 block of Lake Avenue on allegations of possession of alprazolam and criminal trespass and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Jordan Brimer, 23, 1803 Sloan St., was cited and released at 1:10 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of battery.

Mitchell Bean, 21, Hays, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. in the 1700 block of Maggie Street on an allegation of aggravated battery.

Fatima Thomas, 43, 3501 Campus Drive, Apt. A205, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. in the 2300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an out-of-county warrant.

Benito Olsen, 47, 903 W. Olive St., was arrested at 3:02 p.m. in the 1400 block of North 11th Street on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.

Stacey Herman, 43, 802 N. Fifth St., was arrested at 6:10 p.m. in the 1500 block of A Street on allegations of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Mohamed Abdala Bashir, 24, 605 Labrador Blvd., Apt. 107, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. in the 2600 block of Pearly Jane Avenue on allegations of littering and disorderly conduct.

Valente Loera, 29, Greeley, Colo., was arrested at 8:41 a.m. in the 600 block of Fleming Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Criminal Damage

Wednesday

Between 8:30 and 8:35 p.m. in the 300 block of Fleming Street, an unknown person broke a residence window. Loss $50.

Saturday

Between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the 1800 block of Laurel Street, an unknown person used an unknown object to damage a vehicle. Loss $200.

Dec. 21

Between 9:30 and 9:40 a.m. in the 2200 block of Crestway Drive, an unknown person used an unknown object to damage a vehicle. Loss $150.

Dec. 20

Between 4:30 and 4:35 p.m. in the 1100 block of Campus Drive, an unknown person purposely ran into a vehicle at the gas pumps. Loss $600.

Thefts/Losses

Monday

Between 1 and 1:15 a.m. at Kwik Shop, 1102 Campus Drive, an unknown person stole a 12-pack of Bud Light. Loss $12.

Dec. 21

Between 11 p.m. Dec. 20 and 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Campus Drive, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and attempted to steal property. Loss $0.

Dec. 18

Between 2 and 2:30 p.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue, an unknown person took a driver's license. Loss $18.

Dec. 14

Between 8 a.m. Dec. 11 and 5 p.m. Dec. 14 in the 200 block of North Sixth Street, an unknown person took property without permission. Loss $1,025.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Wednesday

Jesus Mishael Lozoya, 21, 6045 Waterhole Drive, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on allegations of defective wipes, child passenger safety and for not carrying a driver's license.

Tuesday

Joshua Vincent Garcia, 26, 1612 Taylor Plaza, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on allegations of aggravated endangerment of a child, aggravated battery and criminal damage.

Raul Lopez-Aguilera, 19, 209 Pennsylvania Ave., was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on allegations of battery and aggravated assault.

Kansas Highway Patrol

Wednesday

Nathaniel Crawford, 56, 632 N. Market Circle, Dodge City, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Tuesday

Carlos Hurtado, 22, 4875 Hillcrest Road, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on allegations of possession of hallucinogenic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryan Phillip Vanderweide, 29, 550 W. Central St., Wichita, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

At 10:48 a.m. at 418 N. Magnolia St. — Dumpster or other outside trash receptacle fire.

At 4:45 p.m. at 999 S. U.S. Highway 83 — motor vehicle accident with injuries.
