Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Monday

Tyson Lee Phillis, 18, 1008 N. Third St., was arrested at 2:28 a.m. in the 600 block of Long Boulevard on an allegation of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Bethanee Mae Ochs, 19, Hays, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. in the 600 block of Long Boulevard on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Fransisco Perez-Castro, 25, 4101 E. U.S. Highway, Lot 464, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. in the 600 block of East Mary Street on allegations of driving under the influence and no valid driver's license.

Jayden Michael Isaac DeLaRosa, 19, 2702 Easy St., was arrested at 1:27 a.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of driving under the influence, duty to report an accident, duty to give information and render aid and accident involving damage to vehicle.

Sunday

Jonathan Aguilar-Nunez, 24, 911 Conkling Ave., was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on an allegation of battery.

Santiago Ramirez, 39, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 318, was cited and released at 5:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Jenny Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jorge Arreola, 50, 1360 Trails End, was cited and released at 5:43 p.m. in the 500 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Danica Nicole Fernandez, 16, 1210 Old Manor Road, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. at Finnup Park, 301 S. Fourth St., on allegations of curfew violation and closure of parks and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Leila Guadalupe Garcia, 17, 2513 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 12:13 a.m. at Finnup Park on allegations of no valid driver's license, closure of parks and curfew violation and released to PATH.

Austin Israel Acevedo, 16, 1610 N. Taylor Plaza Apt. 2, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. at Finnup Park on allegations of curfew violation, closure of parks and on a municipal warrant for curfew violation and released to PATH.

Jakueline Avila, 15, 2401 W. Kansas Ave. Apt. 3216, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. in the 400 block of North Third Street on an allegation of curfew violation and released to PATH.

Brenda Benitez, 17, 316 N. 11th St., was arrested at 1:57 a.m. in the 400 block of North Third Street on an allegation of curfew violation and released to PATH.

Justin Escamilla, 20, 611 N. Highway 25 Lot 3, was cited and released at 11:55 p.m. at McDonald's West, 1106 N. Taylor Ave., on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jaime Garcia, 20, 908 E. Elm St., was cited and releaed at 11:55 p.m. at McDonald's West on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Caesar Escobar, 22, 4101 E. U.S. Highway, Lot 315, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Hudson Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jose Velasquez, 22, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 277, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. in the 300 block of Elm Street on allegations of possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and no valid driver's license.

Marcus Gilbert Muniz, 24, Denver, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. at Fulton Street Pub, 1301 E. Fulton St., on allegations of battery, assault and unlawful acts in bars and taverns.

Yadhira Veronica Garcia, 15, 2513 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 12:13 a.m. at Finnup Park on allegations of curfew violation and closure of parks and released to PATH.

Darin C. Lamar, 35, 1802 Harding Ave. Apt. 2, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. in the 1200 block of Ridgewood Drive on allegations of possession of hallucinogenic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Alexander Washington, 19, 2704 Belmont Place, was arrested at 7:52 p.m. in the 2700 block of Belmont Place on allegations of identity theft, making false information, interference with a law enforcement officer and driving while suspended.

Chaston Joseph Tarwater, 20, unknown address, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pearly Jane Avenue on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Louis Anthony Jaco, 17, 1710 N. Sixth St., was cited and released at 11:58 p.m. at Finnup Park on an allegation of closure of parks.

Jesse Garcia, 22, 411 N. First St., was arrested at 1:32 a.m. at Fulton Street Pub on an allegation of prohibited acts in clubs or taverns.

Patrick Garcia, 21, 608 W. Fair St., was arrested at 1:31 a.m. at Fulton Street Pub on allegations of battery and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Chance Blalock, 20, 1914 Harding Ave., Apt. 6, was cited and released at 12:01 a.m. in the 1900 block of Harding Avenue on an allegation of criminal damage.

Brittany McWithey, 27, 1310 Summit St., Apt. B, was arrested at 12:48 p.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive on a municipal warrant.

William Price, 24, Meade, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on an arrest-and-detain order.

Misty Espinoza, 25, Dodge City, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. in the 300 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Adrian Garcia, 20, 611 Campus Drive, Apt. 9, was cited and released at 6:20 p.m. in the 300 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license and inattentive driving.

Cesar Villa, 17, 1809 Cherokee Road, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of Buffalo Way Boulevard on an allegation of battery and released to PATH.

Michelle Alvarado, 39, 1316 Bancroft St., was cited and released at 1:29 p.m. in the 1000 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Jessie Sena, 38, 3501 Campus Drive, Apt. E105, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. in the 2500 block of Carriage Lane on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Edwin Martindale, 62, 1807 Kello St., was cited and released at 11:05 p.m. in the 600 block of West Olive Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
