TRIBUNE — Ann Christine Woelfle Moore, 54, of Horace, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

TRIBUNE — Ann Christine Woelfle Moore, 54, of Horace, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

She was born Feb. 5, 1959, in Colorado Springs, Colo., to William Levi Woelfle and Phyllis Mae Harnden Woelfle.

In 1983, she married Joe Osborn. They later divorced. On Feb. 20, 1998, she married Don Moore. He survives. Other survivors include her mother, of Grand Junction, Colo.; a son, William E. Moore of Tribune; a stepson, Joshua Osborn of Scott City; and three brothers, Steve and Frank Woelfle, both of Colorado Springs, and John Woelfle of Grand Junction. She was preceded in death by her father.

A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. MST Thursday at the United Methodist Church, Tribune.
