LEOTI — Neva Fern Duncan, 91, died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at Wichita County Health Center Long Term Care in Leoti.

LEOTI — Neva Fern Duncan, 91, died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at Wichita County Health Center Long Term Care in Leoti.

She was born April 27, 1922, at the family homestead in Wichita County, to Roy E. and Helen E. Graham Elder.

A lifetime resident of Wichita County, Mrs. Duncan was a secretary for several businesses in Leoti and was a homemaker.

On Sept. 19, 1940, she married Lee Kiefer in Leoti. He died Sept. 29, 1980, in Leoti. On April 5, 1984, she married Leland Duncan in Wichita. He died March 25, 1997, in Leoti. She also was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include a son, Lee Kiefer of Redmond, Ore.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church in Leoti. Burial will be at Leoti Cemetery.

Visitation hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Leoti. Condolences may be sent at www.priceandsons.com. Memorials are suggested to Wichita County Health Center or Wichita County Health Center Long Term Care in Leoti, both in care of the funeral home.
