Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

A 13-year-old girl was arrested at 2:34 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on allegations of curfew violation and interference with a law enforcement officer and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Mark Anthony Villanueva, 17, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 615, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S.Highway 50 on an allegation of curfew violation and released to PATH.

Monica Vela, 23, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 1, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct.

Miguel Rodriguez, 37, McCook, Neb., was arrested at 12:49 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a district court warrant for failure to appear.

Monday

Julia Marrufo-Rutiaga, 33, Denver, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. in the 300 block of North 12th Street on an allegation of aggravated assault.

Drew Jordan Jones, 24, 2704 Belmont Place, was cited and released at 8:17 p.m. in the 1000 block of JC Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Ashley D. Claussen, 19, 2506 N. Sixth St., was cited and released at 9:24 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Second Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Saturday

Cesar Lucero, 33, 410 N. Fourth St., was arrested at 1:02 a.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on a municipal warrant for failure to appear.

Jennifer Reyes, 16, 702 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. in the 1000 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of curfew violation and released to PATH.

Hugo Tino, 24, Liberal, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Friday

Maria Esquivel, 44, 950 N. Jennie Barker Road, Apt. 152, was cited and released at 3:59 p.m. in the 2300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Rene Morales, 38, 613 Garden City Ave., was arrested at 11:24 a.m. in the 2700 block of North Third Street on allegations of driving while suspended and habitual violator.

Thursday

Michael Keller, Jr., 30, 211 N. 12th St., was arrested at 12:28 p.m. in the 200 block of North Eighth Street on allegations of driving while suspended, no proof of insurance and inattentive driving.

Thefts/Losses

Monday

Between 8 a.m. Nov. 26 and noon Monday in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue, an unknown person took control of two handicap placards that were misplaced. Loss $2.

Between 3:30 and 5 p.m. in the 2700 block of Chainey Street, an unknown person called and requested $1,000 for bills in Mexico. Loss $1,000.

Saturday

Between 5:15 p.m. Friday and 10:45 a.m. Saturday at 409 Campus Drive, an unknown person forced entry into a business and stole several pieces of elecronic equipment. Loss $1,310.

Miscellaneous

Monday

Between 10 and 11 a.m. at Landmark National Bank, 1007 N. Main St., an unknown person used a counterfeit $100 bill at the business. Loss $100.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Monday

Eric Alan Hansen, 55, 1615 Safford Ave., was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on an out-of-county warrant.

Sunday

Hilda Sota, 43, 162 Cloverleaf Road, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Daniel Anthony Morales, 18, 201 Buffalo Drive, was arrested at 4:04 a.m. on an out-of-county warrant.

Cesar Nadir Lucero, 33, 410 N. Fourth Street, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended and a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Rosalba Corrales-Meza, 45, 201 E. Jones Ave., was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on allegations of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and driving under the influence.

Krysten Carine Price, 24, Meade, was arrested at 5 a.m. on a probation violation.

Abel Solis, 21, 1602 E. Labrador Blvd., was arrested at 4:23 a.m. on allegations of theft by threat, aggravated battery and aggravated robbery.

Moses Cipriano Martinez, 25, 2012 N. Main St., was arrested at 10:18 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Rufino Constancio Hernandez, 19, 4830 E. Hillcrest Road, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

At 3:36 p.m. at 305 W. Mary St. — good intent call.

At 7:46 p.m. at 141 Honeybee Court — alarm system activation, no fire.

Sunday

At 12:05 p.m. at 1208 E. Chestnut St. — carbon monoxide incident.

At 12:49 p.m. at 102 S. Main St. — fire.

At 9:40 p.m. at 2203 Reiff St. — false alarm or false call.
