Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

Felicia Arrieta, 42, 514 Stoekley Place, was cited and released at 2:04 p.m. in the 500 block of Stoekley Place on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

John Dreiling, 38, 307 Washington St., was cited and released at 2:36 p.m. in the 700 block of Center Street on an allegation of dog at large.

Elizabeth W. Baker, 57, 212 Davis St., Apt. A9, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. in the 100 block of East Spruce Street on an outstanding warrant.

Sonny Garcia, 2920 El Dorado Place, was cited and released at 3:09 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Taylor Plaza on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

A 13-year-old from Garden City was arrested at 3:47 p.m. in the 2600 block of North Main Street on allegations of no valid driver's license and excessive music.

Candida Lucero-Vaca, 44, 2615 N. Main St., Apt. 5D, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Taylor Plaza on a municipal warrant.

Debra Ann Bell, 52, 507 Inge Ave., was arrested at 2:27 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on an arrest-and-detain order.

Brian Curtis Kinney, 30, 1614 Pioneer Road, was cited and released at 3 p.m. in the 700 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Kathi Abeyta. 28, 1014 N. Fourth St., was cited and released at 1:55 p.m. in the 100 block of West Emerson Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Cesar Solorzano, 18, 2914 Windmill Drive, was cited and released at 4:10 p.m. in the 2700 block of Buffalo Way Boulevard on an allegation of possession of marijuana.

Kassi Maldonado, 14, 2870 Anderson Road, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. at 1412 North Main St. on an allegation of battery and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Stephen Michael Novado, 34, 2808 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 9:14 p.m. in the 2800 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of violation of protection order.

Pablo Omar Winder, 20, Sublette, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. in the 100 block of West Hazel Street on a municipal warrant.

Syi F. Pena. 33, Holcomb, was cited and released at 12:24 p.m. in the 2200 block of Crestway Drive on an allegation of excessive music.

Monday

Kaitlin Woods, 25, 1310 St. John St., was cited and released at 8:05 a.m. in the 1000 block of Belmont Place on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Tucson Mancha, 17, 2308 Tonio Ave., was cited and released at 8:09 a.m. in the 2400 block of Belmont Place on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Sidney Ward, 44, 810 Summit St., was arrested at 9:16 a.m. in the 800 block of Summit Street on allegations of assaulting a law enforecement officer and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Yovany Rodriguez, 20, 1301 Conard Ave., was arrested at 6:04 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Thefts/Losses

Monday

Between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. in the 900 block of North First Street, an unknown person entered an unsecure shed and stole a rifle, ammunition and a bike. Loss $1,485.

At 9 a.m. at Presto, 501 E. Fulton St., an unknown person used a counterfeit $100 bill to purchase goods. Loss $100.

At 5:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Ninth Street, an unknown person took a silver license plate frame. Loss $45.

Monday

At 5:52 p.m. at U.S. Highway 50 and Anderson Road — motor vehicle accident with injuries.

At 12:07 p.m. at 2120 Antler Ridge Drive — smoke detector activation, no fire — unintentional.

At 4:39 p.m. at 2310 E. Kansas Ave. — alarm system activation, no fire --unintentional.

At 5:52 p.m. at 905 E. Fair St. — outside rubbish, trash or waste fire.

At 6:05 p.m. at 1200 W. Buffalo Jones Ave. ¬­-- motor vehicle accident with injuries.
