Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Sunday

Luis Hernandez, 17, 510 N. 13th St., was arrested at 1:52 a.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of curfew violation and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Sonia Castillo, 33, 1537 N. 12th St., was arrested at 2:01 a.m. in the 900 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Robert Moya Chavez, 39, 1507 Jenny Ave., was cited and released at 2:15 a.m. in the 1400 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

A 13-year-old from Holcomb was arrested at 2:16 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation and no valid driver's license and released to PATH.

A 13-year-old from Garden City was arrested at 2:16 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation.

Kathia Perea, 17, Lakin, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of curfew violation, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance and released to PATH.

Freddie G. Sapin, 37, 517 Colony St., was arrested at 2:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive on allegations of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Jose Ramirez, 48, 2102 N. Main St., was arrested at 8:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of North Main Street on an allegation of domestic battery.

Aden Mohamed, 31, 605 Labrador St., No. 119, was cited and released at 11:29 a.m. in the 1200 block of A Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Gerardo Ramirez, 18, 5725 Crestview Drive, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. in the 2900 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of possession of a stimulant, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute and possession of hallucinogenic drugs.

Aaron Cleland, 33, Dodge City, was cited and released at 3:15 p.m. in the 100 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Marissa Garcia, 17, 2823 El Dorado Place, Apt. D, was cited and released at 9:47 p.m. in the 1000 block of Fleming Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Emilio Castillo, 18, 2510 C St., was arrested at 9:56 p.m. in the 2500 block of C Street on allegations of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct.

Elizabeth Stahlecker, 47 1112 N. 12th St., was cited and released at 10 p.m. at 3225 Prairie Ave. on an allegation of unlawful consumption in a public place.

Maria Perez, 30, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 447, was cited and released at 10 p.m. at 3225 Prairie Ave. on an allegation of unlawful consumption in a public place.

Oralia Muniz, 25, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 309, was arrested at 10 p.m. at 3225 Prairie Ave. on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful consumption in a public place.

Lee Longoria, 18, 2010 Commanche Drive, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on a municipal warrant for failure to appear.

James Morgan, 33, 1707 E. Laurel St., No. 7, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. at Fulton Street Pub, 1301 E. Fulton St., on an allegation of prohibited acts in clubs or taverns.

Anthony Hernandez, 21, 606 Long Blvd., was arrested at 1:11 a.m. at Fulton Street Pub on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer, assault on a law enforcement officer and battery of a law enforcement officer.

Andis Contrera, 30, 205 S. Third St., was arrested at 1:42 a.m. at Fulton Street Pub on an allegation of prohibited acts in clubs or taverns.

Sergio Gallegos, 33, Phoenix, Ariz., was arrested at 1:48 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Ivan Diaz, 32, 2319 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 1:48 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of criminal damage.

Roman Guzman, 20, 2510 Main St., was cited and released at 3:51 a.m. in the 1100 block of East Mary Street on an allegation of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Carlos Urias, 20, 1002 Lyle Ave., was cited and released at 2:23 p.m. in the 800 block of North Third Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jose A. Banuelos, 21, 2801 N Eighth St., was cited and released at 2:50 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of drag racing/exhibition of speed.

Roman Oropeza, 20, 3345 Jantz Circle, was cited and released at 3:37 p.m .in the 1100 block of Old Manor Road on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael T. Cooper, 26, 405 N. First St., was arrested at 4:38 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and excessive music.

Juan A. Garza-Alcorta, 54, Sublette, was cited and released at 4:57 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Michael T. Cooper, 26, 405 N. First St., was arrested at 7:50 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of introduction of contraband into a correctional facility.

Keenan Grey Wahlert, 19, 153 Stevens Ave. Apt. B, was cited and released at 9:20 p.m. in the 300 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of furnishing tobacco products to a minor.

Alfonso Bustos-Chavez, 37, 2224 W. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 8:28 p.m. in the 1100 block of North College Drive on allegations of driving under the influence, no proof of insurance and transporting an open container.

Jesus Grijalva, 16, 207 Elm St., was cited and released at 9:20 p.m. in the 300 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of possession of tobacco by a minor.

Alexander Kitch, 18, 2303 N. Main St., was cited and released at 10:10 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Third Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Victor Mendozo-Aparicio, 29, Dodge City, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. in the 200 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Melody Alvarado, 23, 401 E. Kansas Ave., was arrested at 8:23 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Gary Brown, 41, 1612 W. Kansas Ave., was cited and released in the 200 block of Center Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Joshua Longoria, 31, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 6, was arrested at 12:31 p.m. at East Garden Village Liquor, 4003 E. U.S. Highway 50 Suite B, on an out-of-county warrant from Texas.

Trevor Bell, 18, Fort Collins, Colo., was cited and released at 12:58 p.m. in the 2500 block of Commanche Drive on an allegation of illegal tags and no proof of insurance.

Maria Oriz-Corales, 25, 6120 W. Weldon Road, was cited and released at 4:04 p.m. in the 600 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Chaston Tarwater, 20, 2709 Pearly Jane Ave., was arrested at 9:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Jenny Avenue on an allegation of making false information.

Salvador Carbajal-Ramirez, 28, 3309 Yellowstar St., was cited and released at 3:03 p.m. at Tequila's, 1715 E. Kansas Plaza, on allegations of two counts of sexual battery.
