Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations
Thursday
Travis Green, 48, 3260 N. Eighth St., was cited and released for medical reasons at 1:58 a.m. in the 1200 block of Conard Avenue on allegations of driving under the influence and transporting an open container.
Wednesday
Esteban Porras, 31, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 532, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Jasmin Mendez, 19, 604 W. Maple St., was cited and released at 2:06 p.m. in the 1100 block of Campus Drive on allegations of no valid driver's license, no proof of insurance, illegal tags, defective mirrors and seat belt.
Amber Badger, 28, Holcomb, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at Kwik Shop, 1102 Campus Drive, on an allegation of theft of motor fuel.
Brian Kinney, 30, 161 Pioneer Road, was arrested at Kwik Shop on an allegation of theft of motor fuel.
Robert Kosko, 28, 1518 E. Laurel St., was arrested at 6:16 p.m. in the 1500 block of Laurel Street on an allegation of battery and on a municipal warrant.
Criminal Damage
Wednesday
Between 9 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of Center Street, an unknown subject threw a brick at victim's windshield. Loss $500.

Wednesday
Johan Peters-Harms, 27, 10935 S. Sandhill Road, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Byron Alan Ward, 31, 2914 Fleming St., was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Israel Carrola-Alonso, 20, 508 N. Third St., was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Jose Manuel Medina, 25, Woodward, Okla., was arrested at 10 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Roberto Martinez, 41, Liberal, was arrested at 10 a.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
Timothy Hernandez, 27, 206 E. Santa Fe St., was arrested at 10 a.m. on an allegation of transporting an open container.
