JOHNSON CITY — Natividad Badillo, 92, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at his home in rural Johnson City.
He was born July 21, 1921, in San Miguel Municipio, General Cepeda Coahuila, Mexico, to Gregorio and Santos Ruiz Badillo.
Mr. Badillo was a farmer.
On Feb. 12, 1958, he married Maria Consuelo Ruiz in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. She survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Martha Jane Nicholas of Johnson City. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Gregorio Badillo; and his siblings, Manuel Badillo, Augustin Badillo, Alejandra Badillo Martinez, Paula Badillo Lopez and Antonio Badillo.
Vigil and rosary service will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Johnson City. Funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will follow at Stanton County Cemetery in Johnson City.
