Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

James Garcia, 24, 1114 W. Campbell St., No. 5, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. in the 1000 block of West Campbell Street on allegations of aggravated battery and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Alejandra Ramos, 19, 507 N. 13th St., was cited and released at 12:35 a.m. in the 400 block of North 13th Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Monday

Danny Guillen, 19, 308 Davis St., was arrested at 3:11 a.m. in the 1000 block of Fleming Street on a municipal warrant on allegations of driving while suspended, seat belt and headphones.

John McMillan, 28, 906 N. Sixth St., was arrested at 4:14 a.m. in the 800 block of Pats Drive on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Kali Maxfield, 39, 1314 Bancroft St., was cited and released at 8:50 a.m. in the 1900 block of Wilcox Street on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

Bianely Mata-Pargas, 22, 1211 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 9:26 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal bench warrant.

Nichole Montez, 32, 1501 A St., was cited and released at 2:20 p.m. in the 200 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
