HUGOTON ¬­-- Earl "Tiny" Gourdin, 66, died Monday, Jan. 27, 2014, at his home in Moscow.

He was born Feb. 8, 1947, in Trinidad, Colo., to Julian Gourdin and Ruby Robin Reed.

On Jan. 9, 1976, he married Sharon Peretto in Raton, N.M. She died May 28, 2006. He also was preceded in death by a son, Roger Colantonio.

Mr. Gourdin was the owner of Gourdin By Products and also was a rancher.

Survivors include a son, Mike Colantonio of Moscow; three daughters, Janine Pearson, Sherry Castillo and Shelly Penrod, all of Moscow; his mother, Ruby Reed; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Lonnie Gourdin of Globe, Ariz., Clifford Gourdin of Tucson, Ariz., Bill Gourdin of Hugoton, and Ray Reed of Amarillo, Texas.

A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Moscow High School.
