County commission to hear renovation update

The Finney County Commission will hear an update from architect Blaine Davis concerning the fairgrounds' Exhibition Building renovation project during its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday.

The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. at the Finney County Administrative Center, 311 N. Ninth St.

The commision also is expected to continue a discussion of court-related services building options with representatives of Community Corrections, Youth Services, Court Services and Realtors.

Other items on the agenda include a monthly report from Emergency Management, State Rep. Russ Jennings will provide a legislative update, a closed session concerning non-elected personnel, and discussion of a Rural Housing Incentive District for East Cambridge Square Addition No. 2.

The approval of a grant allocation for Community Corrections is also on the agenda.
