Friday

Lyle Russell, 58, 621 1/2 N. 13th St., was arrested at 1:05 a.m. in the 600 block of North 13th Street on an allegation of battery.

David Martinez, 28, 623 N. 13th St., No. 4, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. in the 600 block of North 13th Street on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.

Thursday

Hugo Meza-Sanchez, 18, 157 Shamrock St., was cited and released at 10:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Harding Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Brittany McWithey, 27, 302 Evans St., was cited and released at 9:30 p.m. at Dillons, 1305 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.

Michael Hoeffner, 37, transient, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. at Dillons on allegations of theft and disorderly conduct.

Itzel Alvidrez, 17, 1114 W. Campbell St., No. 5, was cited and released at 10:50 a.m. in the 500 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Jeanty Samson, 24, 302 Evans St., was arrested at 12:41 p.m. in the 2600 block of Taylor Avenue on a municipal warrant.

Patrick Cooper, 45, 2210 Menke, No. 24, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on a municipal warrant.

Marvin Reyes-Andrade, 29, 1004 E. Hamline St., was arrested at 11:50 a.m. Western State Bank, 1500 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Hernandez, 27, 206 E. Santa Fe St., was arrested at 11:50 a.m. at Western State Bank on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oscar Hernandez, 25, 950 Jennie Barker Road No. 172, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. at Western State Bank on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monday

Ricardo Landeros, 15, 1603 Benton St., was arrested at 10:49 a.m. in the 2700 block of Buffalo Way Boulevard on an allegation of battery.

March 8

Ismael Esparza, 22, 2607 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 1:52 p.m. in the 200 block of East Prospect Avenue on an allegation of walking under the influence.

Daniel Castillo-Ramon, 25, 2914 Fleming St., Apt. 407, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. in the 200 block East Prospect Avenue on an allegation of interfering with a law enforcement officer and a county warrant.

Cornell Camp, 57, transient, was cited and released at 5:49 p.m. in the 800 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of previous criminal trespass.

Olivia Hinojos, 28, 306 N. 12th was arrested at 9:28 a.m. in the 300 block of North Twelfth Street on a municipal warrant.

Ryan Owen, 32, Lakin, was cited and released at 4:33 p.m. in the 800 block of North Ninth Street on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brittany Morgan, 20, Lakin, was cited and released at 4:33 p.m. in the 800 block of Ninth Street on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a municipal warrant.

Jesus Ferrel, 27, 602 W. Jones Ave., was arrested at 4:47 p.m. in the 600 block of West Jones Avenue on allegations of possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a weapon.

March 4

Michael Madrid, 32, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No 209, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. a tthe Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a city warrant for driving under the influence, driving while suspended, left of center and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Thefts/Losses

Thursday

Between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. at EGV Liquor Mart, 4003 E. U.S. Highway 50, someone used a stolen credit card to purchase a large amount of alcohol. Loss $500.

Wednesday

Between 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Arapahoe Road, an unknown person forced entry into a residence and stole several items, including jewelry, cash, weapons and electronics. Loss $33,360.

Between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the 1600 block of Harding Avenue, an unknown person failed to return a victim's Kansas registration. Loss $1.

Tuesday

Between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street, an unknown person entered into the victim's residence after shattering a window and took a 50-inch Sanyo TV. Loss $900. Criminal Damage $50.

Between 4:20 a.m. Monday and 10:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Fleming Street, an unknown person damaged a door to the business and attempted to gain entry, causing damage to the door. Estimated loss $2,000.

At 12 p.m. at Sonic East, 1311 E. Kansas Ave., a known person took money from the business without permission. Estimated loss $138. Investigation continues.

Between 6:30 p.m. Sunday and 2:30 p.m. Monday in the 2300 block of North Seventh Street, unknown persons entered an unlocked residence and took jewelry and electronics. Loss $1,300.

March 1

Between 10 and 11 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Kansas Avenue, an unknown person used the victim's information to obtain a cell phone.

At 1:05 a.m. in the 600 block of North 13th Street, an unknown person took the victim's vehicle without permission. Loss $20,000.

Jan. 28

At 10:23 a.m. in the 900 block of North Campus Drive, a known person failed to make a deposit of the business proceeds. Loss $4,064.

Criminal Damage

Tuesday

Between 10 p.m. Sunday and 7:17 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Center Street, unknown persons forced entry to an attached garage and stole two window air conditioner units. Loss $600.

Between 4 and 4:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Ninth Street, an unknown person scratched the window of the victim's car. Loss $300.

March 8

Between 3:05 and 3:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of Main Street, someone shot out the victim's window. Loss $400.

Between 4 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Pine Street someone carved gang graffiti into playground equipment. $100.

Thursday

Between 5 and 6 a.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard, an unknown person left a note for the victim, threatening her life.

Monday

Between 12:01 and 2 a.m. in the 1500 block of North Taylor Avenue, a known person struck the victim several times causing minor injury.

Between 8 and 11:45 a.m. at Tinker Shop, 618 N. Eighth St., someone used a counterfeit bill to purchase items. $20.

Thursday

Trey Eric Alford, 19, 101 E. Ninth St., was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of toxic vapors, driving under the influence and driving on the right side of roadway required.

Patrick O'Neil Cooper, 45, 2210 Menke Road, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on a probation violation and municipal bench warrant.

Ernesto DeLeon, 18, 5813 E. Crestview Drive, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on an allegation of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Enich Joesekenneth Guerrero, 19, 802 N. Main St., as arrested at 10:50 a.m. on an allegation of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Kelsey Ann Keosengphet, 19, 4101 E. Hwy 50, was arrested at 11 a.m. on allegations of theft and unlawful computer acts (access to defraud money/property/services).

Alberto Tamayo, 19, 2004 N. Eighth St., was arrested at 11 a.m. on an allegation of consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Christian Daniel Moreno, 21, 504 W. Maple St., was arrested at 11 a.m. on allagations of contributing to a child's misconduct and unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol.

Kristie Lea Crouch, 24, 3205 Grant Road, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Monday

Justin Ray Cruz, 22, 901 Conkling St., was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on allegations of criminal damage and disorderly conduct.
