Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Wednesday

Joseph Leyba, 1919, 1717 Pats Drive, was cited and released at 12:36 a.m. in the 500 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Alisha Dugan, 23, 4300 Nancy Ave., No. 1303, was cited and released at 1:06 a.m. in the 1000 block of North 12th Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Anna Hinojos, 31, 306 N. 12th St., was cited and released at 8:19 p.m. at Rosie's Good Times, 212 W. Fulton St., on an allegation of allowing smoking in prohibited areas.

Tuesday

Christine Margaret Burdick, 21, 3752 W. Jones Ave., was arrested at 9:34 a.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Jaqavis Sims, 16, 905 Howerton Place, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. in the 2700 block of Buffalo Way on an allegation of indecent liberties with a child and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Rhonda Abercrombie, 41, 1119 N. 11th St., was arrested at 6:07 p.m. in the 1100 block of North 11th Street on a municipal warrant.

Between 10 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of St. John Street, an unknown person used an unknown object to break out a vehicle window. Loss $250.

Nov. 8

At 11:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of East Mary Street, an unknown person broke a window out of a vehicle. Damage $250.

Tuesday

Between 5 p.m. Monday and 1 p.m. Tuesday at The Super Store, 1213 Fleming St., an unknown person took a U-Haul trailer from the parking lot of the business without permission. Estimated loss $5,000.

Monday

Between 11 p.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Gibson Street, an unknown person took two car titles from a house. Loss $2.

Sunday

Between 11:10 and 11:45 p.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue, an unknown person stole a purse, after they left it in a cart. Loss $10.

Between 7:30 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Sunday in the 2400 block of Fleming Street, known persons took a money bag containing $15,000 cash.

Saturday

Between 6:30 p.m. Saturday and 4:15 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of South Seventh Street, an unknown person forced entry into a locked vehicle and took CDs and electronic items. Damage $150. Loss $110.

Between 12:30 and 3 a.m. in the 300 block of East Santa Fe Avenue, an unknown person forced entry into a locked vehicle and took a wallet. Damage $150. Loss $100.

Between 12:30 and 3 a.m. in the 200 block of East Maple Street, an unknown person forced entry into a locked vehicle and took food and electronic items. Damage $200. Loss $67.

Between 2 and 2:59 a.m. in the 100 block of North 12th Street, an unknown person forced entry into a locked vehicle and took CDs. Damage $150. Loss $300.

Between 3:30 and 3:35 p.m. at Kwik Shop, 1102 Campus Drive, a known person failed to pay for $35 of fuel.

Friday

Between 6 p.m. Thursday and 8:15 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road, an unknown person entered a residence by forcing open the front door and once inside, stole the victim's household electronics and identification documents.

Between 12 and 12:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Anderson Road, an unknown person took a bicycle. Loss $110.

At 2 p.m. in the 300 block of South Seventh Street, an unknown person took the tires and rims off of a vehicle. Loss $1,000.

Nov. 8

Between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of Labrador Boulevard, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole various items. Loss $140.

Between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Wheatridge Road, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole various items. Loss $300.

Between 4:10 and 4:30 p.m. at Orscheln's, 1309 Taylor Ave., an unknown person took a pair of jeans. Loss $37.

Between 6:30 and 8 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pearly Jane Avenue, an unknown person took a vehicle without permission. Loss $10,000.

Nov. 2

Between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the 100 block of South 11th Street, an unknown person stole a water-flow measuring device. Estimated loss $50.

Tuesday

Between 8 a.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of East Kansas Avenue, an unknown person used a counterfiet $100 bill to purchase items.

Friday

Between 3:30 and 4:15 a.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50, an unknown person lit a vacant mobile home on fire. Damage $500.

Between 8:20 and 8:23 p.m. in the 100 block of South 13th Street, an unknown person threatened another person with a weapon and then fled the scene.

Between 2:07 p.m. Sept. 28 and 9:47 a.m. Thursday in the 3500 block of Campus Drive, a known person continues to violate an established protection-from-abuse order.

Diana Raquel Ramos, 17 S. Roosevelt Ave., was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Raquel Yivonne Castrellon-Con, 18, 1285 Sonora Court, as arrested at 4:39 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant.

Dusty Lee Gilbert, 31, 3778 W. Jones Ave., was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on allegations of reckless driving and driving under the influence.

Jacob Aaron McDonald, 23, 234 S. Calhoun St., Liberal, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on allegations of reckless driving, interference with a law enforcement officer, driving while suspended, transporting an open container, failure to report an accident involving damage to a vehicle or property, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to test to determine alcohol/drugs, duty of driver to report accident with an unattended vehicle/property, aggravated assault and an arrest-and-detain order.

Ricardo Galvan, 37, 3618 Cheyenne St., was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on an allegation of probation violation.

Ashlie Mailene Grissom, 26, 2210 Menke Road, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear and on an arrest-and-detain order.

Daniel Joseph Williams, 19, 3 Elkhart Ave., was arrested at 9 a.m. on an a bench warrant for failure to appear and on allegations of an out of state offense.

Jose Jerardo Aldaco-Martinez, 26, 1312 Hattie St., was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on allegations of possession of hallucinogenic drugs, criminal use of weapons and battery.

Jose Luis Arreola, 28, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Dann Clark Deegan, 72, 1404 Labrador Blvd., was arrested at 11 a.m. on allegations of distribution of hallucinogenic drugs and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

Humberto Gonzalez, 28, 1703 Old Manor Road, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on allegations of aggravated battery and domestic battery.

Joe Luis Hernandez, 35, 614 Park Place, Salina, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

David Rosales, 36, 2003 Sioux Drive, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on an allegation of giving a worthless check.

Terri Ann Quandt-Lara, 21, 3501 N. Campus Drive, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on an allegation of endangering a child.
