Guillermo Escobar, 24, 4101 E. U.S. Highway, 50 Lot 402, was cited and released at 4:46 p.m. in the 500 block of Jennie Barker Road on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. Cesar Pardo, 18, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 215, was cited and released at 3:51 p.m. in the 3500 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of no valid driver's license.
Daniela Tamez, 21, 2105 N. Sioux Drive, was arrested at 3:30 on an allegation of theft.
Jorge Enriquez, 23, 615 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 1:29 p.m. in the 100 block of Fleming Street on a municipal warrant.
Luis Galvez, 21, 3620 N. Jennie Barker Road, was cited and released at 2 a.m. in the 4100 block of East Highway 50 on an allegation of criminal damage.

Thursday
Between 12 and 6 a.m. in the 1100 block of North 12th Street, a known person battered someone, caused dental damage to false teeth and minor injuries and stole a phone. Estimated loss $1,100.
Tuesday
At 7:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Fleming Street, an unknown person threw an unknown item through an apartment window. Loss $50.
Monday
At 10:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Center Street, a known person took a Kindle Fire without permission. Investigation continues.

At 7:30 p.m. at Dillons West, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., an unknown person took baby formula without paying for it. Loss $30.
Between 5 and 5:20 p.m. at Dillons East, two known persons took batteries without paying for them. Loss $35.
