Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Monday

A 10-year-old girl was arrested at 4:53 a.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation and released to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation.

Mariah Faith Pimental, 16, 1706 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 4:53 a.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation and released to PATH.

Eduardo Ortega, 21, 622 N. 13th St., was arrested at 4:53 a.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct.

Avein Ortiz, 19, 211 S. 10th St., was arrested at 4:53 a.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct.

Rylee Jienne-Phyllis Escalade, 17, 3895 E. Schulman Ave., was arrested at 4:53 a.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of curfew violation and released to PATH.

Juan M. Aldana, Jr., 18, 1008 Pearl St., was cited and released at 12:25 a.m. at Finnup Park, 301 S. Fourth St., on an allegation of closure of parks/criminal trespass.

Haylee Cecilia Sandoval, 18, 408 W. Campbell St., was cited and released at 12:25 a.m. at Finnup Park on an allegation of closure of parks/criminal trespass.

Cristian Martinez-Mendoza, 19, 1507 Lincoln Road, was cited and released at 11:02 p.m. at Finnup Park on an allegation of closure of parks/criminal trespass.

Noemy Chairez, 17, 2322 B St., was cited and released at 11:02 p.m. at Finnup Park on an allegation of closure of parks/criminal trespass.

Adriana Chairez, 16, 2801 N. Eighth St., was cited and released at 11:02 p.m. at Finnup Park on an allegation of closure of parks/criminal trespass.

Matthew A. Headley, 21, Colorado Springs, Colo., was cited and released at 5:15 p.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of driving in violation of restrictions, no proof of insurance and possession of marijuana.

Saturday

Josafat Carlderon Sanchez, 18, was cited and released at 3:45 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft.

Lucia Erica Hernandez, 34, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Cristian Omar-Cerna, 22, 1608 Neil St., was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on allegations of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs.

Ralph Lopez, 20, 2308 Lee Ave., was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Zachary Keith Isley, 22, 510 Inge Ave., was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear and on an allegation of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Efren Ceballo-Arzate, 19, 5910 Weldon Road, was cited and relased at 8:57 a.m. in the 500 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Nicholas Perez, 22, 340 S. Farmland Road, No. 42, was cited and released at 1:39 p.m. in the 400 block of Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Benito Olsen, 47, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. in the 800 block of North Fifth Street on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.

Jose Luis Bernal, 56, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 434, was cited and released at 10:15 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Arthur Fletcher Denmond, 26, 1507 Jan St., was arrested at 11:10 a.m. at Sienna Medical Center, 311 E. Spruce St., on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Josafat Sanchez, 18, 820 Industrial Drive, was cited and released at 3:15 p.m. at Walmart on an allegation of theft.

Hilda Sota-Ortega, 43, 162 Cloverleaf Road, was cied and released at 4:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of Anderson St., on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Jeri Bellesine, 36, Larned, was arrested at 8 p.m. in the 2000 block of Taylor Avenue on allegations of possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a weapon.

Criminal Damage

Sunday

Between 10 p.m. Saturday and 12:50 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Pearl Street, an unknown person used unknown means to damage a vehicle. Estimated loss $200.

Saturday

At 11:45 a.m. in the 300 block of Conkling Avenue, an unknown person broke out the windows on a car. Loss $900.

Friday

Between 8 p.m. Thursday and 3 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Anderson Street, an unknown person spray-painted graffiti on a concrete wall. Loss $20.

Between 6 and 8:45 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Laurel St., an unknown person drew graffiti on a building.

Thefts/Losses

Sunday

Between 10 p.m. Saturday and 5:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of East Spruce Street, an unknown person removed a license plate from a vehicle. Loss $3.

Saturday

Between 7:30 and 10:40 p.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive, an unknown person took money, clothing and electronic items. Loss $860.

Friday

Between 1 and 7 p.m. in the 2900 block of Prairie Avenue, an unknown person took a furnace without permission. Loss $20.

Miscellaneous

Sunday

At 6 p.m. in the 2300 block of Seventh St., two people engaged in a mutual battery. Investigation continues.
