Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Wednesday

Steven Olivares, 41, 4680 E. U.S. Hghway 50, was arrested at 1:31 p.m. at Tractor Supply, 3333 E. Mary St., on allegations of prior thefts.

Jesus Hernandez-Leon, 37, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50 No. 412, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. in the 1900 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Pedro Serrano-Urias, 20, 308 Hudson St., was arrested at 10:13 p.m. in the 700 block of East Hackberry Street on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer, no valid driver's license, fleeing and eluding and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Tuesday

Johnathan Othar Thomas, 23, 2111 Tara Drive, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer and driving while suspended.

Sunday

Lorena Ramirez, 30, 2820 Terrace Place, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Pony Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Rigoberto Gonzalez-Morales, 34, 514 Chesterfield Drive, was arrested at 9 p.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of battery.

Thomas Edwards, 31, 1401 N. 12th St., was arrested at 11:50 p.m. at Four Winds Bar and Grill, 1604 Buffalo Jones Ave., on allegations of interference with a law enforcement officer and nuisance deposit.

Jose Aldaco, 26, 1312 Hattie St., was arrested at 10:15 a.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street on a county warrant and on an allegation of possession of marijuana.

Criminal Damage

Friday

Between 10 p.m. Thursday and 8:30 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Magnolia St., an unknown person damaged a vehicle window. Estimated loss $100.

Thefts/Losses

Thursday

Between 12:05 and 12:10 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole sporting equipment. Loss $50.

Between 12:01 and 12:10 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole various items. Loss $130.

Wednesday

At 7:30 a.m. in the 2500 block of Coachman Lane, an unknown person entered an open garage door and vehicle. Once inside, the person went through a purse. No items lost.

Sunday

Between 5 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of East Mary Street, an unknown person stole the front bumper off a vehicle. Loss $350.

Miscellaneous

Saturday

Between 6 and 6:10 p.m. in the 600 block of West Campbell Street, a known person refused to return a mutual child of someone in violation of court orders. Investigation continues.

Thursday

At 5 p.m. in the 2700 block of C Street, a known person battered and choked the victim during an argument. Investigation continues.

Melvin Ernest Johnson, 35, 101 N. Henderson St., was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Thursday

Israel Carrola-Alonso, 20, 508 N. Third St., was arrested at 2:57 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Wednesday

Landon Drew Pister, 24, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 9 a.m. on allegations of invalid registration and securing loads on vehicles.

Christoper Lynn Borger, 29, Jetmore, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on allegations of no oversize permit and operating a commercial vehicle without a valid commercial driver's license.

Francisco Neufeld Loewen, 30, 12085 N. VFW Road, was arrested at 10:23 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Iris Palmira Soltero, 18, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on allegations of exceeding maximum speed limits and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Jose Alonso Garcia, 19, 4101 E. Hwy 50, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. on allegations of exceeding maximum speed limits and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Derrick Matthew Romo, 18, 304 E. Chestnut St., was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on allegations of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a weapon.

Leticia Lopez, 33, 2827 Eldorado Place, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on an arrest-and-detain order.

Alfredo Villareal, 37, 715 Fisher Court, Ulysses, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. on an allegation of violation of offender registration act.

Jordan Michael Jones, 23, 1623 Bancroft St., was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Fernando Salinas, 25, 4170 East U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Vicente Rodriguez, 31, 117 NW 12th St., Dimmitt, Texas, was arrested at 8 a.m. on a probation violation.

Saturday

Walter Dean Stagner, 30, 6890 Lyle Road, Holcomb, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on three municipal bench warrants for failure to appear and on allegations of conspiracy to commit criminal damage to property, criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

Brandon Lee Miller 29, 213 E. Schulman Ave., was arrested at 2:57 a.m. on allegations of conspiracy to commit criminal damage to property, criminal damage, disorderly conduct.

Jess Duncan Hollingsworth, 25, Copeland, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.
