Tuesday

Whitney Elizabeth Parks, 20, Elkhart, was cited and released at 12:08 a.m. at Finnup Park, 301 S. Fourth St., on an allegation of closure of parks.

Miguel A. Gonzalez-Ortega, 19, 2112 Campus Drive, Apt. 2, was cited and released at Finnup Park

Monday

James Hickert, 29, 601 N. College St., Scott City, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. at Court Services, 601 N. Main St., on an arrest-and-detain order.

Alesha Hampton, 33, 510 Burnside Drive, Apt. 31, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. in the 600 block of Garden City Ave., on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Adrian Gomez, 17, 1505 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 2, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Seventh Street on an arrest-and-detain order.

Sandra Rodriguez, 31, 360 Karen St., was cited and released at 4:14 p.m. in the 400 block of North Jennie Barker Road on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Thomas Michael Campbell, 19, 6140 Weldon Road, was cited and released at 11:45 p.m. at Finnup Park on an allegation of closure of parks.

Andrew Thomas Herman, 19, 1906 B St., was cited and released at 11:45 p.m. at Finnup Park on an allegation of closure of parks.

Brenda Yadira Rodriguez, 19, 913 N. 13th St., was cited and released at 11:45 p.m. at Finnup Park on an allegation of closure of parks.

Jeffery Nuzum, 50, 2112 Campus Drive, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. in the 2500 block of Taylor Avenue on allegations of driving under the influence, transporting an open container and no proof of insurance.

Arnold Dominguez, 19, 1505 N. Main St., was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on allegations of distribution of drugs within 1,000 feet of a school and possession with intent to sell.

Nicole Rae Kiesel, 26, 712 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on allegations of possession of a stimulant and aggravated intimidation of a witness/victim.

Jan. 4

Ivan Diaz, 19, 2508 Dee Ave., was cited and released at 8:30 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of theft.

Miscellaneous

Monday

Between 4:30 and 4:45 a.m. in the 2800 block of North Eighth Street, known persons engaged in a verbal argument, which resulted in a physical altercation. Investigation continues.

Between 2 and 2:30 p.m. at The Buckle, 2214 E. Kansas Ave., Suite 13, an unknown person made a purchase of $750 with a false credit card. Investigation continues.

Jose Rojo, 24, 2807 N. 10th St., was arrested at 8:46 a.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Matt Tedford, 44, 306 1/2 E. Birch, Liberal, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
