Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Monday

Victor Ramon Viurquez, 22, 6080 Waterhole Drive, was arrested at 1:03 a.m. in the 2700 Block of East U.S. Highway 50 on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, attempting to flee or elude a police officer and transporting an open container.

Sunday

Jerome Maddox, 58, 309 Fleming St., Apt. 4, was cited and released at 4:31 p.m. in the 1100 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Zach Hogarth, 31, Wichita, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. in the 2000 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Marcus Martin, 31, 1202 N. 11th St., was arrested at 10:35 p.m. in the 1200 block of North 11th St. on an allegation of intoxicated pedestrian.

Erik Vallejo, 18, 1901 C St., was cited and released 5:55 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Eighth Street on an allegation of driving under the influence, consumption of alcohol by a minor and released for medical reasons.

Jaime Jurado, 28, 619 N. Ninth St., was cited and released at 4:30 p.m. in the 300 block of West Fulton Street on allegations of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Richard Sky Matthews, 31, 950 Jennie Barker Road, No. 144, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. in the 2600 block of North Main Street on an out-of-county warrant and on allegations of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and kidnapping.

Brittani Jade Nevin, 20, 1601 E. Spruce St., was arrested at 9:13 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of domestic battery.

Juan Ramirez-Xiloj, 19, 613 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 8:47 p.m. in 400 block of West Buffalo Jones Avenue on allegations of no valid driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Julius Midell, 21, Frontier, N.D., was cited and released at 2:29 a.m. in the 600 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Hugo Ruiz, 26, Dodge City, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. at the Garden City Regional Airport, 2225 S. Air Service Road, on a municipal warrant.

Christopher Lockhart, 19, 2615 N. Main St., Apt. 9B was arrested at 12:24 p.m. in the 2000 block of East Labrador Boulevard on allegations of criminal use of a weapon and no valid driver's license.

Esa Lay, 28, 305 W. Mary St., Apt. H1 was cited and released at 2:58 p.m. in the 2000 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Thursday

Lonnie Farris, 48, 107 N. 10th St., was arrested at 11:29 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant.

Brian Kinney, 31, 1614 Pioneer Road, was arrested in the 2000 block of East Gene Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Roberto Figueroa-Martinez, 26, 1114 Pearl St., was arrested at 10:14 a.m. in the 1100 block of Anderson Road on an allegation of identity theft.

Jorge Delgado, 21, 2622 N. Main St., was arrested at 6 p.m. in the 1800 block of East Harding Avenue on allegations of driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 13-year-old Garden City girl was arrested at 9:11 a.m. at Kenneth Henderson Middle School, 2406 Fleming St., on an allegation of battery.

Adam Flores, 27, 510 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. in the 400 block of East Maple Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Jose Herrera, 23, 510 Burnside Drive, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. in the 400 block of East Maple Street on allegations of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alexandra Perez, 27, 605 Labrador Blvd., No. 134, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. at the Express Corner, 501 W. Mary St., on allegations of criminal use of a weapon, interference with a law enforcement officer, driving while suspended, no proof of insurance and transporting an open container.

Jose Tapia, Jr., 16, 5800 Mansfield Road, No. 11, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. at Garden City High School, 2720 Buffalo Way, on an arrest-and-detain order.

A 13-year old Garden City boy was arrested at 11:10 a.m. at Kenneth Henderson Middle School on an allegation of battery.

Jackie Gillum, 35, Wichita, was cited and released at 8:59 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Criminal Damage

Sunday

Between 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday at 1110 Lareu Road, unknown persons entered the Menards building and caused significant damage to the building. Estimated loss is $30,000.

Between 10 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Garden True Value, 1615 N. Taylor Ave., unknown people used paint to damage the exterior of the building. Loss $100.

Friday

At 9:45 p.m. in the 400 block of West Santa Fe Street, known persons discharged a BB gun, causing damage to the victim's vehicle. Damage $500. Investigation continues.

Saturday

At 1:20 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Fulton Street, a known person hit another person, causing bodily harm. Investigation continues.

Sunday

Joshua Orosxo, 24, 1706 E. Spruce St., was arrested at 3:02 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Gregorio Magdaleno Gonzalez, 41, 2970 N. Anderson Road, No. 13, was arrested at 2:46 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Friday

Aaron Alan Lee Dawson, 21, 1619 Jan St., was arrested at 12:06 p.m. on allegations of disorderly conduct and criminal damage.

Thursday

Leonardo Vasquez, 43, 1002 Main St., Ford, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on allegations of making false information and theft.

Victor Ramon Viurquez, 22, 1110 S. Lakeview Drive, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. on an allegation of probation violation.
