Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Thursday

Daniel Loya, 43, 217 Inge Ave., Apt. 3, was cited and released at 6:14 p.m. in the 400 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Lynzi Prince, 23, 1208 St. John St., was cited and released at 5:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of St. John Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Martez Mason, 20, 2827 El Dorado Place, Apt. D, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. in the 1100 block of East Mary Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Michael Barnes, 21, Lakin, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. in the 1900 block of East Mary Street on an allegation of nuisance deposit.

Jeffrey Mader, 48, 1609 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 8:31 p.m. in the 2500 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Wednesday

Michael Avery Keller, 30, 211 N. 12th St., was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Thefts/Losses

Thursday

Between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of East Kansas Plaza, an unknown person failed to return a dealer's tag. Loss $28.

Finney County Sheriff's Office

Stacy Nicole Warren, 27, Larned, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on allegations of battery, aggravated battery and criminal damage.

Abel Vincent Ortiz, 20, 211 S. 10th St., was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on an allegation of violation of protection order.

Ryan Nicolas Hamilton, 28, Irving, Texas, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on an allegation of driving while suspended.
