Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Friday

Uriah Epperson, 37, 403 E. Santa Fe Ave., was cited and released at 3:10 a.m in the 400 block of East Santa Fe Avenue on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Thursday

Catherine Jones, 37, 3501 Campus Drive, No. A205, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. in the 2600 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Angel Hernandez, 15, 507 Chesterfield St., was arrested at 11:46 p.m. in the 600 block of Bancroft Street on an allegation of unlawful use of toxic vapors.

Mario Molina, 48, 411 E. Santa Fe Ave., was cited and released at 12:30 p.m. in the 800 block of East Laurel Street on an allegation of battery prior and discharge of a BB gun.

Nicholas Kough, 34, Scott City, was cited and released at 3:45 p.m. in the 2300 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Anthony Samad, Jr., 16, 109 N. 13th St., was served and released on a municipal warrant at 4:01 p.m. in the 700 block of Garden City Avenue.

Benjamin Janas, 28, 2401 W. Kansas Ave., Lot 111, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. in the 1400 block of West Fulton Street on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance and no valid driver's license.

Noe Gonzalez Martinez, 22, was cited and released at 5:37 p.m. in the 1000 block of JC Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance and seat belt.

Joshua Apodaca, 19, 1216 Gibson St., was arrested at 10:11 p.m. in the 600 block of East Kansas Avenue on a municipal warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges.

Jacob Wolfe, 18, 2360 Six Mile Road, was arrested at 10:17 p.m. in the 200 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Gerardo Gonzales, 25, 509 E. Santa Fe Ave., was arrested at 11:17 p.m. in the 500 block of East Santa Fe Avenue on allegations of battery, criminal restraint, interference with a law enforcement officer and unlawful voluntary sexual relations.

Bianca Gonzales, 22, 509 E. Santa Fe Ave., was arrested at 11:30 p.m. in the 500 block of East Santa Fe Avenue on a municipal warrant for motion to revoke probation.

Wednesday

Jesse James Cruz, 28, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday

Between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 5 p.m. Wednesday at Presto, 2522 N. Taylor Ave., an unknown person used a counterfeit $100 bill to buy several items. Investigation continues.

Between 12:03 p.m. Tuesday and 1:33 p.m. Wednesday at Taco Bell, 2212 E. Kansas Ave., an unknown person used a counterfeit $100 bill to buy food. Investigation continues.

Between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. at Chihuahua Liquor, 1101 N. Taylor Ave., an unknown person used a counterfeit $100 bill to buy alcholic beverages. Investigation continues.

Thursday

Mathew Alan Milburn, 33, 11174 107 Road, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

Matthew Scott Snead, 21, 509 S. Boyd St., was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on an allegation of violation of offender registration act.

Daniel Willias Gennette, 24, 1924 B St., was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on an allegation of unlawful obtainment of a prescription drug.

Johnny Wayne Howard, 45, 2401 N. Lincoln Road, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on an allegation of domestic battery.

Roxanne Juarez, 23, 2609 Pearly Jane St., was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on allegations of disorderly conduct and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Joshua David Sondag, 34, Henderson St., Holcomb, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on allegations of identity theft and theft by deception.

Daniel Hernandez-Ayala, 37, 514 Summit St., was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on an allegation of probation violation.
