Angel Hernandez, 15, 507 Chesterfield St., was arrested at 11:46 p.m. in the 600 block of Bancroft Street on an allegation of unlawful use of toxic vapors.
Mario Molina, 48, 411 E. Santa Fe Ave., was cited and released at 12:30 p.m. in the 800 block of East Laurel Street on an allegation of battery prior and discharge of a BB gun.
Nicholas Kough, 34, Scott City, was cited and released at 3:45 p.m. in the 2300 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Anthony Samad, Jr., 16, 109 N. 13th St., was served and released on a municipal warrant at 4:01 p.m. in the 700 block of Garden City Avenue.
