Thursday

Melinda Agraz, 28, 2213 Lincoln Road, was cited and released at 10:27 a.m. in the 700 block of West Kansas Avenune on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Andis Contreras, 30, 205 N. Third St., was cited and released at 12:47 p.m. in the 900 block of North Ninth Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Angeles Gonzales, 36, 908 1/2 W. Olive St., was cited and released at 4:12 p.m. in the 600 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Natalie Suzanne Cornett, 33, 501 W. Prospect Ave., was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on allegations of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

Gary Kee Vincent, 31, 4875 E. Hillcrest St., was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on an out-of-county warrant.
