Lawrence Dale and Martha Jonagan of Ingalls announce the engagement of their daughter, Cinda Sue, to Allen Gerald Spangler, the son of Jerry and Rosemary Spangler of Topeka.

The bride-to-be has been employed as a senior claims specialist. Her fiance is employed as an air conditioning and heating technician.

The couple plans to marry Sept. 29, 2012, at Prairie Fire Resort in Maple Hills. They will reside in Topeka.
